Fissato un appuntamento per visionare un immobile, a fatica e con tanto di permesso di lavoro, si scopre sul posto che era un altro appartamento e non quello richiesto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato l'agenzia in oggetto a fine luglio per vedere un appartamento, mi è stato detto che era possibile solo dopo le ferie....morale della favola non sono stato mai più ricontatto...sono poi venuto a sapere che l'immobile era stato venduto ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho venduto il mio immobile con Tecnocasa di Viale della Grande muraglia 160 nel mese di settembre, Premettendo che ho provato anche con altre agenzie ma non sono riuscita a realizzare ciò che volevo.
posso dire che mi sono trovata benissimo, professionali e veritieri ciò che non ho trovato con altre agenzie, in pochi mesi ho concluso la vendita senza nessuna problematica e sorpresa.
Faccio i complimenti ai ragazzi e specialmente a Giuseppe che ormai è diventato un figlio per me!!

I sold my property with Tecnocasa in Viale della Grande muraglia 160 in September, assuming that I also tried with other agencies but I was unable to achieve what I wanted.
I can say that I had a great time, professional and truthful what I have not found with other agencies, in a few months I concluded the sale without any problems and surprises.
I congratulate the boys and especially Giuseppe who has now become a son for me !!

La mia ricerca con loro continua...
Highly recommended to anyone looking for a specialized agency in the area, where they have been present for many years. I found good proposals with them (I am looking for an apartment to buy) and a lot of honesty in providing information and in understanding the customer's needs and also .... no pressure. My search with them continues ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di acquistare l'immobile con Studio Immobiliare Torrino ne ho visti diversi con relative Agenzie Immobiliari, ma devo dire che la professionalità e la disponibilità che mi hanno dimostrato in particolare Alessandro e Armando sono di gran lunga le migliori. Sono stati sempre pronti a darmi una mano in tutti i passaggi dell'acquisto, fornedomi non solo tutta la documentazione che ho richiesto ma sopratutto permettendomi di visionare l'immobile svariate volte, con tecnici e parenti, non facendomi mai sentire la fretta di dovermene andare o l'insofferenza per visite a volte molto lunghe.
CONSIGLIATISSIMO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Before buying the property with Studio Immobiliare Torrino, I saw several with related Real Estate Agencies, but I must say that the professionalism and availability that Alessandro and Armando have shown me in particular are by far the best. They were always ready to give me a hand in all the steps of the purchase, providing me not only with all the documentation I requested but above all allowing me to view the property several times, with technicians and relatives, never making me feel the rush to have to leave or impatience with sometimes very long visits.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Volevo acquistare un appartamento e dopo essere rimasto in parola, su eventuali ritocchi sulla proposta da fare, mi è stato detto di annullare la proposta e rimandare a dopo le vacanze. Morale: appartamento venduto prima delle vacanze, a chi volevano loro ( ???) molteplici bugie dette, figuracce fatte dal sottoscritto con banca e notaio...come vengo a sapere? Hanno tolto l'annuncio appena riaperta l'agenzia...
Consiglio a tutti di rimanere alla larga.
Bad experience. I wanted to buy an apartment and after having remained at my word, about any adjustments on the proposal to be made, I was told to cancel the proposal and postpone the holidays until after. Moral: apartment sold before the holidays, who wanted them (???) multiple lies said, foolish made by myself with the bank and notary ... how do I find out? They removed the ad as soon as the agency reopened ...
I advise everyone to stay away.
