Arrivo stamane alle 8:20 poco prima dell'apertura e mi mandano via perchè l'impiegata stamattina ritardava e non poteva essere presente prima delle 9. Alle 10 valanga di persone in attesa, senza organizzazione, non esiste un numeretto per la fila. Ritorno per la terza volta alle 12:35 (sportello chiude alle 12:50) e non mi fanno entrare per troppa gente in filiale. Ritorno alle 14:25 e mi dicono che non posso pagare la tassa universitaria perchè pomeriggio cassa è chiusa. Complimenti Bad service! Purtroppo, l'ultima volta che ci sono stato ho trovato molto caos e mi sono trasferito in un'altra sede. Nonostante avendo preso un appuntamento per chiedere informazioni per un conto, lo staff non ascoltava nemmeno la mia richiesta e mi metteva fretta perché doveva iniziare una chiamata skype. Mi ha indirizzata a seguire il sito web e non ha saputo darmi nessun'altra informazione in aggiunto per il mio caso. Veramente deludente. Non andateci. Ho messo una stella ma se c'era la scelta, non ne avrei messa nemmeno una. Forget this branch! Super rude staff and with no sense of customer service. Ho chiesto un'informazione al telefono e premetto che sono giorni che chiamo e nessuno risponde, e l'impiegata mi ha risposto, con tono palesemente scocciato, di andare direttamente in agenzia. Non è così che si gestisce una semplice richiesta, tantomeno con quel tono. Sono cliente da tanti anni e, francamente, non me lo aspettavo!!! Altamente sconsigliata!!! Se potessi darei 0 stelle!!! Bad !!! I asked for information on the phone and I state that I have been calling for days and no one answers, and the employee replied, in a clearly annoyed tone, to go directly to the agency. This is not how a simple request is handled, much less with that tone. I have been a customer for many years and, frankly, I did not expect it !!! Highly not recommended !!! If I could I would give 0 stars !!!
