Il punto di forza di quest'Agenzia è sicuramente la serietà e la competenza del titolare e delle persone che vi lavorano. In grado di seguire i Clienti in tutti gli aspetti delle transazioni immobiliari, si caratterizzano perché fanno più di quanto dovuto al Cliente ed atteso da questo. Fortemente consigliati.
It is a real estate agency, which works on the entire city of Rome, affiliated with the REMAX circuit. The premises, located in the Torrino area, are simple but well-kept and accessible. The strength of this agency is certainly the seriousness and competence of the owner and the people who work there. Able to follow customers in all aspects of real estate transactions, they are characterized because they do more than is due to the customer and expected from it. Strongly recommended.

Caratteristica di quest'agenzia è la professionalità e la preparazione dei suoi agenti, anche dal punto di vista relazionale: si riconosce l'impronta e la formazione evidentemente richiesta da tale filiale.
Da mesi cerco bilocali per le figlie, e vi assicuro che si incontra di tutto, in quanto ad agenzie ed agenti. Mi ha molto colpito in particolare il Sig. Emanuele Papa, per la sua professionalità, la sua cura dei particolari, la sua trasparenza ed onestà intellettuale nel descrivere l'immobile in tutte le sue caratteristiche. Illustra molto bene l'immobile, corredandolo di una marea di documentazione, anche prima della visita, e a fine visita mostra un fascicolo completo sull'immobile (cosa non comune), da cui si evince la disponibilità immediata di tutto ciò che servirà al notaio di fiducia dell'acquirente per valutare la possibilità una proposta di offerta. Il Sig. Papa è molto cordiale, disponibile ad ascoltare le esigenze del cliente, e prodigo di consigli. Insomma, è un rarissimo caso di agente immobiliare in cui il possibile acquirente si sente supportato da un consulente professionale, disponibile e trasparente, esattamente l'opposto del classico agente sbrigativo, approssimativo, laconico e talvolta addirittura scostante.
Da mettere in conto, c'è anche la simpatia del Sig. Papa, il che non guasta, anzi aiuta di sicuro.
Agenzia e Agente Immobiliare che ogni acquirente dovrebbe avere la fortuna di avere nella ricerca di un immobile!

I have been looking for two-room apartments for my daughters for months, and I assure you that you will find everything in terms of agencies and agents. I was very impressed in particular by Mr. Emanuele Papa, for his professionalism, his attention to detail, his transparency and intellectual honesty in describing the property in all its characteristics. He illustrates the property very well, accompanying it with a lot of documentation, even before the visit, and at the end of the visit he shows a complete file on the property (which is not common), which shows the immediate availability of everything that will be needed by the notary of trust of the buyer to evaluate the possibility of an offer proposal. Mr. Papa is very friendly, available to listen to the customer's needs, and generous with advice. In short, it is a very rare case of a real estate agent in which the possible buyer feels supported by a professional consultant, available and transparent, exactly the opposite of the classic hasty, approximate, laconic and sometimes even unfriendly agent.
To be taken into account, there is also the sympathy of Mr. Pope, which does not hurt, indeed it certainly helps.
