★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INAFFIDABILE / inaccettabile che dir si voglia e non è la prima volta che capita, se non sei in grado di rispettare orario di consegna che tu mi proponi, non accettare ordine, orario proposto di consegna 20,30, orario di consegna reale 21,15, ho sollecitato telefonicamente e sono sicuro che le pizze sono andate in forno in quel momento. P.s sul cibo non ho nulla da eccepire.
 UNRELIABLE / unacceptable if you prefer and it is not the first time it happens, if you are not able to respect the delivery time that you propose to me, do not accept the order, proposed delivery time 20.30, actual delivery time 21.15 , I solicited by phone and I'm sure the pizzas went into the oven at that time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima la pizza, ma anche il pane! Veramente inaspettato. Una attenzione maniacale sulla scelta delle farine, utilizzo di pasta madre e lunghe lievitazioni. Si percepisce una passione nel proprio lavoro ed è l’aspetto più bello che possa esistere in chi fa questo tipo di mestiere.
Excellent pizza, but also bread! Really unexpected. An obsessive attention to the choice of flours, use of sourdough and long leavening. You perceive a passion in your work and it is the most beautiful aspect that can exist in those who do this type of job.
