Il gestore giovane è maleducato senza nemmeno avere coscienza di esserlo. Strategia negare all'infinito fornendo ogni volta nuove spiegazioni. Rispondo al gestore: Giudicare senza conoscere? Ecco i fatti che conosco: il più giovane di voi mi ha detto ripetutamente e chiaramente che i pezzi erano disponibili e che era necessario attendere i tempi lunghi dei grossisti. Il gestore con i capelli bianchi mi ha detto al momento della riconsegna che la riparazione era troppo complicata e non valeva la pena rispetto al valore della radio e che l'aveva lasciata perdere per quello. Ora mi date una terza versione , che i pezzi non c'erano. Quale sarà vera? E se non c'erano i pezzi l'unica assurdità è stata tenersi la radio 6 mesi... Dite cose in contrasto. Sia che non vale la pena sia che i pezzi non ci sono dovevate avvisarmi voi e riconsegnarla, non far passare 7 mesi e farvi contattare sempre da me. Aggiungo che vi siete presi anche altri 5 giorni per "richiudere" la radio. Quindi la radio è rimasta inutilmente aperta per questi 7 mesi... Senza parlare della maleducazione cronica delle risposte del gestore giovane. Anche la barzelletta finale: mi è stato detto che sono fortunato perché hanno apparecchi fermi da più di un anno in attesa. Nota di merito: non mi hanno fatto pagare apertura e chiusura dell'apparecchio! To be avoided. 7 useless months of waiting. Shop turned into a stack of electronic devices on hold. I add that you also took another 5 days to "close" the radio. So the radio was uselessly open for these 7 months ... Not to mention the chronic rudeness of the young manager's responses. Also the final joke: I was told that I am lucky because they have been waiting for more than a year. Note of merit: they did not charge me for opening and closing the device!

Morale della favola : problema non risolto per preventivo alto e pagati comunque euro 30.00 per il disturbo .. Fate attenzione o valutare altri in zona Bad experience.
