R	Roberto Fontanarosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in tre parole: DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE. andato da loro l'11 gennaio con il modello della montatura da ordinare e la correzione delle lenti fatta pochi mesi prima. la risposta è stata che in una settimana avrei avuto gli occhiali, nonostante un ulteriore e inutile appuntamento per rifare la visita oculistica. appuntamento al quale il titolare si è presentato in ritardo. morale: dopo 5 (CINQUE!) settimane sono ancora senza occhiali. la difficoltà a reperire la montatura (di una marca esposta in vetrina e facilmente reperibile altrove) dovrebbe giustificare la totale mancanza di comunicazione (non mi hanno mai telefonato), l'incapacità di trovare soluzioni alternative (ho proposto di prendere la montatura altrove ma non mi hanno considerato) nonché l'atteggiamento di falsa cortesia che assumevano ogni volta che chiedevo spiegazioni? no. andrò altrove e dovreste farlo pure voi. in three words: TO AVOID ABSOLUTELY. went to them on 11 January with the model of the frame to be ordered and the correction of the lenses made a few months before. the answer was that in a week I would have had glasses, despite a further and useless appointment to redo the eye examination. appointment to which the holder has presented late. moral: after 5 (FIVE!) weeks I'm still without glasses. the difficulty in finding the frame (of a brand displayed in the window and easily available elsewhere) should justify the total lack of communication (they never called me), the inability to find alternative solutions (I proposed to take the frame elsewhere but not they considered me) as well as the attitude of false courtesy that they assumed every time I asked for explanations? no. I will go elsewhere and you should do it too.

Il personale è gentilissimo, paziente e professionale nel consigliare la giusta scelta delle montature, con una vasta quantità di prodotti di alta qualità. La visita per la misurazione della vista è stata effettuata con macchinari nuovissimi di ultima generazione e tutto compreso nella consulenza ottica. We knew the other Eurottica stores and I must say that even this new store does not betray expectations. The staff is very kind, patient and professional in recommending the right choice of frames, with a vast amount of high quality products.
