★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sto provando a prendere una prenotazione per un analisi per via telefonica e dopo avermi chiuso il telefono 17 volte perchè raggiunto il massimo tempo di attesa e non avermi risposto per altre 35 volte sono ancora in attesa, trovo vergognoso che per parlare con un operatore debba aspettare un tempo ancora incalcolabile ma che ha già superato l'ora e mezza, se si potesse li darei 0 stelle, anche meno .
 I am trying to take a reservation for an analysis by telephone and after having closed the phone 17 times because I reached the maximum waiting time and not having answered me for another 35 times I am still waiting, I find it shameful that to speak to an operator I have to wait a time still incalculable but which has already exceeded an hour and a half, if you could I would give them 0 stars, even less.
