Mi è capitato di aver bisogno di alcuni risultati con urgenza, e sono stata contattata per telefono da lei personalmente. Per non parlare poi della sua preparazione e amore per il suo lavoro (e direi anche per il prossimo...): qualche mese fa ha effettuato studi e ricerche approfondite per cercare di capire le cause di un mio problema di salute, e ci è riuscita egregiamente. Grazie sempre, dottoressa! I can only say that Dr. Grillo is an extraordinary person, available and understanding like few others. Peggio. mi moglie ha fatto delle analisi dal costo non non indifferente ma soprattutto urgenti risultati tardano ad arrivare con le più disparate scuse in stile ragazzi a scuola " maestra il cane ha mangiato il mio quaderno" sulla qualità non discuto non stava né giudicare. Ma mai più! Non bha senzo mettere un numero di telefono WhatsApp vse poi nessuno risponde o peggioleggw e nn risponde Bad organization! Nobody ever answers the phone. Whatsapp? Un pomeriggio ho effettuato un esame e le ho spiegato la mia ansia legata al risultato, la sera mi ha telefonato personalmente per comunicarmelo. Avrebbe potuto analizzarlo l'indomani o comunque farmi mandare la mail l'indomani, altri laboratori per le stesse annalisi ti fanno aspettare un giorno intero, io ero andata li il pomeriggio tardi. Inoltre effettuano esami che a Catania spesso non esegue nessuno. Circa tre mesi addietro stavo per farmi spedire il kit da Roma quando ho pensato di chiamare loro, la D.ssa da poche settimane aveva iniziato ad occuparsene. Inoltre in questo periodo è uno dei pochi laboratori aperti, con la logoca e conseguente confusione e non lo dico in termini di lamentela ma di elogio: hanno continuato a fare prelievi anche dopo il loro orario di chiusura. Nel laboratorio dietro casa (non sapevo che Labogen fosse aperto) dopo un ora di fila per strada, scende un collaboratore alle 11.00 e comunica che aevano finito di fare i prelievi (in tutto eravamo in 3!!!!!!! Gli altri 4 dovevano consegnare le urine, cosa che hanno comunque fatto). Dicendo di tornare l'indomani. Ovviamente ho pensato subito alla D.ssa Grillo dove sono arrivata alle 11.20 avendo circa 50 numeri davanti. Ho aspettato (non poco) al mio numero sono stata gestita con serenità, mi é stato effettuato il prelievo e per l'ennesima volta sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta. In the laboratory behind the house (I did not know that Labogen was open) after an hour in a row on the street, a collaborator goes down at 11.00 and communicates that he had finished making the samples (in all we were 3 !!!!!!! The other 4 they had to deliver urine, which they did anyway). Telling to come back the next day. Obviously I immediately thought of Dr. Grillo where I arrived at 11.20 having about 50 numbers in front of me. I waited (not a little) for my number, I was handled with serenity, the withdrawal was made and for the umpteenth time I was really satisfied.

Longo, consulenza approfondita e analisi in loco con la Dott.ssa Grillo. umilta', umanita', gentilezza, predisposizione al dialogo. oggi trovare dei medici appassionati alla professione e con innate qualita' e' quasi un miraggio. avrei desiderato una Dottoressa Grillo in ogni fase della mia gravidanza.
