R	Ronald Moerbeek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An experience of plus and minuses. The good stuff: Absolutely gorgeous view over the lake, unparalleled by any other in the neighbourhood. The staff is kind, service is rapid, the free shuttle service (if you have a reservation) between the station definitely is a huge plus. Furthermore the restaurant looks nice and they think of little details like blankets for if you are cold. The less good stuff: The food was not on the level we expected it to be. We had 2 menus (one meat one fish) but we replaced one gnocchi with the ravioli. The meat starter was okay, the gnocchi was decent (unfortunately the staff made a mistake and brought the gnocchi of the meat menu while we requested that one to be replaced with the ravioli, but hey, accidents happen), the meat main was also okay, the tiramisu we ordered after was a bit meh. The fish starter was nice, the ravioli was okay, but the fish itself was not good enough. I would not recommend at all. The trio of sorbet ice cream after was nice though, with the green apple sorbet as a highlight. Maybe because all other details were so good, we just had too high expectations which led to be a bit of a disappointment. The service compensated for it a bit. We paid +- €100 for which in my opinion we could have expected more for. Reservation recommended!

Far from tourists. Just behind the train station, and maybe 10 min walk from the ferry. Totally worth the detour with its spectacular view

And the location and views are absolutely stunning. Awesome energy/vibe, you even can hear the staff singing in the kitchen. A true gem. Grazie mille!

The food is incredible, the staff is unbelievably friendly and accommodating and the view is incredible. Ambiance is quiet and intimate, great for relaxing with friends or a romantic stop with your partner. Make sure to find parking near the road, as there is none on/up the hill.

The best restaurant I've experienced so far not just in Como but in Italy. There is a lot of attention to detail in the way they host you (i.e offering you blankets, greetings drinks & appetizers, etc) and the selection of drinks & food they offer (i.e local wines, traditional food, etc). The owner was so considerate that even helped us to drive the car down the hill. This restaurant is a MUST, you wont regret!

We had the chef’s choice - 3 course meals - with meat and with fish, along with the mixed cheese plate appetizer. Everything was beautifully plated, carefully served and accompanied by excellent service and taste. Well worth the trek up the hill!
I	Inês Lopes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food, ambience and views were just perfect. We had both tasting menus and the food was delightful. For dessert the tiramisu was the best we've had in Italy so far. Definitely recommend the restaurant. *Tip: this is one of the few restaurants open after 2pm ??
