We told them about the missing bread but still got nothing (only the olive oil) but needed to pay for it anyway. On top of it we asked for a menu to order dessert but never even got the menu ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First side everything was looking great. But after 5 minutes everything turned around 180 degrees. The waiter was making mistakes, forgot our drinks. When we ordered food, he was very impatient and was looking away and talking to other guests in the restaurant. After 45 minutes they came only with one starter, clearly they forgot to enter our order in to their POS system. No apologies were made. When we asked how long it was going to take, the waiter answered 2minutes (actually it was 20 min). After receiving the bill we noticed that theirs were some mistakes made. After confronting the waiter with those mistakes, he was a bit angry and threw the correct bill on to the table. Besides that, the food quality was blend and no taste at all. If you decide to eat here, please bring your own food to assure the quality. Very disappointing!!!!!

We sampled a few glasses of some decent Chianti served with a complimentary cured meat, cheese and olive board.
Great location overlooking Piazza Giacomo Matteotti with the the prominent statue of Giovanni da Verrazzano, a local who was an intrepid explorer. The Verrazzano bridge in NYC is named after him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to eat, because the terrace above gives you a wonderful view of the square. The food is good and staff is friendly. We had to wait a long time for our food, and sometimes we had to remind them to bring our drinks, but the nice terrace makes up for that.
