Second time we came late just before closing time, kitchen was already closed yet cook came out with smile and asked what we want to eat. Really WOW!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here for lunch on our way from chianti to siena and had a nice quick pasta meal. The burrata in the burrata salad wasn't as fresh as we've had in other places on our trip. The pastas were cooked to a perfect al dente, and stayed al dente until the end of our meal. Not too overpriced and the staff are very nice. We did not drink any, but there seemed to be a pretty robust selection of wine including available for purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily our favorite restaurant during our 8-day Tuscan adventure. From great communication for a reservation (via e-mail), to the superb hospitality of everyone involved from the chef to the hostess, the quaint ambiance (we were on the ground/lower floor), outstanding wine menu, and of course--the food (!!!)... it was absolutely wonderful! So wonderful, we went back for our last meal in Tuscany because it was so darn good (and we never do that!). During both meals, my wife did the wine tasting flights which were inexpensive and the wines included were great, and I got to choose from their amazing wine menu for my selections. As for food--we have several dishes, but my wife loved the gorgonzola gnocchi, and I really loved the chianti wine risotto and the stuffed guinea fowl with truffles. We also tried their semifreddo for dessert and it was sublime. I simply cannot stop raving about, or more highly recommend, this restaurant. It is genuine, non-touristy and a hard standard for other restaurants to compete with (in my book). Thanks again to the Chef and the wonderful hostesses who treated us so well--we will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty. The restaurant is elegant and the staff is nice. We ordered a portion of pork ribs with chicken, 2 plates with mixed salami and mixed cheese, 2 wines, 2 deserts and a bottle of water. It was very tasty and we had a good service. The only problem was that I expected a bigger portion for the main dish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing place to stop for dinner in downtown Greve. We found the fowl to be particularly amazing, and paired nicely with an inexpensive (but good) wine list. The desserts are a MUST. Very accommodating and quick service; great for my gluten allergy. ?
