β β β β β This butcher shop is amazing! They have the meats! So many artisanal cold cuts from a business started in 1806. Not only do they have every type of cold cut and sausage imaginable, but there is also cheese cellar! Best of all, there are about 7 self serve wine dispensers that provide different size pours. Each dispenser is operated by a prepaid card purchased at the deli (charcuterie boards can also be purchased to consume with the wine). The price of the pours vary by the wine, but $10 euro provides plenty of wine to sample. My only regret is I didn't find this place sooner in my trip.

β β β β β It's the default casual eating option in the main square of Greve for a reason...
Just walking through the entire shop is a foodie Paradise. I would highly recommend stopping by the deli counter and their cheese counter and just making yourself your own picnic as you're surrounded by the most beautiful vineyards in the world.
You can also order from their menu... they do have a wine shop, along with a few wine dispensing machines which allows you to really taste a bunch of wines without buying all those bottles.
You can grab a table out front and enjoy the square with some world class people watching.

β β β β β Look gringos - if you're done with the crowds in Firenze, go to the bus station next to Santa Maria Novella train station and get on the 365A headed towards Greve in Bianchi. It's a lovely town so walk around and take your pictures.
When you're done with that, head over to Antica Macelleria Falorni in Piazza Giacomo Matteotti and order a board of salamis and pecorino.
Afterwards, or before, head to Enotica Falorni, whip out your vaccine card, hand over a credit card, and start tasting all the wines Tuscany has to offer. It's a self-guided wine tasting like none other.
Enjoy. Prego!

β β β β β Beautiful shop with local meat specialities (prosciutto, salami) and cheese. Worth to visit. Next door they have also a bistro where you can order and taste these specialities - most of them are served with bread.

β β β β β amazing place !! Sausages, cheeses and also wines of the best quality! Everything is local and fresh, everything you are looking for will be here and more! Also The sellers understand interest and explain well in kindness and professionalism . In addition to that there is also an adjoining bistro where you can take tastings of sausage cheeses and more on the spot, we took two tastings of sausages and cheeses one old aged and the other young and everything was fantastic !! Highly recommend plus the place around ceremonies in its beauty and also nice restaurants scattered around the place.
