★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso 1,5 kg di lombata che a dire dell'esercente sarebbe stata frollata 90 giorni; sarebbe dovuta essere morbida e sciogliersi in bocca come il burro, invece, era durissima, gommosa ed insapore. Lo stesso esercente dovrebbe sapere che la frollatura non si fa in cella frigorifera a 4 gradi, altrimenti rischi di avvelenare la gente. Alla fine il pasto è andato al cane, che masticava con riluttanza.
I took 1.5 kg of loin which, according to the operator, would have been aged for 90 days; it should have been soft and melt in the mouth like butter, however, it was very hard, chewy and tasteless. All products of excellent quality and first choice, worked with care. Maximum hygiene. Fine meats from local farms. The owners very nice and friendly people. Also excellent are the cold cuts processed as they once were. Seeing is believing.
