★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect experience. My wife and I went there for lunch and were blown away by the quality and quantity of the food we had as well as the charm of the venue. For 42 Euros total, we had bread, a half litre of house wine, two pasta entrees, grilled vegetables, a sampler of desserts, and an aperitif. It was easily the best food we had during our trip to Italy. Don’t miss this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best dinning experiences in Italy. Definitely get the mixed starter. Their first course pasta are big portions. My wife and each had a pasta dish one with fresh ricotta and eggplant and tomatoes and the other with duck. Both excellent. We tried to share a Peposo for a second course but we were just too full. Highly recommend dondoli!

The staff, who I suppose are the owners, are really friendly and make you feel very welcome without over doing it.
The food, simply presented, as you would expect in this off the beaten track part of Tuscany, was so tasty and generous in portion.
The antipasti della casa is something I would highly recommend!
They even offered us a little basil plant as we left, super kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful lunch in a relaxed, beautiful setting. When you drive up the gravel road you’ll think it must be wrong, but just keep going! Nice to sit outside. Delicious, quality food. So glad we made the trip. We even left with some basil! Super nice owners!!
