★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale molto gradevole e ben frequentato.
Menu degustazione molto soddisfacente: nota di merito per l’anguilla, lucioperca e gli spaghettoni.
Personale cortese e disponibile. Posto indubbiamente dove andare e dove ritornare.
Due piccolissime note.
1.Mi è stato detto che i tortellini vengono proposti solo nel periodo invernale. Capisco l’esigenza di differenziarsi rispetto ad altri ristoranti di diversa qualità nelle vicinanze, ma a volte bisogna anche concedere qualcosa … Comunque erano buoni e meritano, visto il luogo (Valeggio), di avere un posto fisso nel menu degustazione.
2.Un tocco in più di attenzione femminile non guasterebbe: un armadio assai disordinato in entrata è stato lasciato più volte aperto. Solo una ragazza che credo faccia parte del ristorante si curava di richiuderlo, mentre gli altri lo lasciavano sistematicamente aperto.

Very satisfying tasting menu: note of merit for the eel, zander and spaghetti.
Staff courteous and helpful. Undoubtedly place to go and where to return.
Two very small notes.
1. I was told that tortellini are only offered in the winter. I understand the need to differentiate themselves from other restaurants of different quality nearby, but sometimes you also have to give something ... However they were good and deserve, given the place (Valeggio), to have a permanent place on the tasting menu.
2. An extra touch of feminine attention wouldn't hurt: a very messy wardrobe at the entrance has been left open several times. Only one girl who I believe belongs to the restaurant took care to close it, while the others systematically left it open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pochi piatti ricercati negli accostamenti con gusti ben definiti e amalgamati tra loro, ben eseguiti e ben presentati.
Menù di pesce di mare, pesce di lago e vegetariano. Lo chef spiega ogni piatto al tavolo. Ottima cena in una location incantevole.
Se proprio si vuol trovare un leggero difetto, ho riscontrato che il cameriere se pur sicuramente attento alle esigenze dei commensali, forse è ancora un pò "acerbo", probabilmente dovuto alla giovane età.
Ristorante Consigliato.
Few refined dishes in combinations with well-defined and amalgamated tastes, well executed and well presented.
Sea fish, lake fish and vegetarian menu. The chef explains each dish at the table. Excellent dinner in an enchanting location.
If you really want to find a slight defect, I found that the waiter, although certainly attentive to the needs of the diners, is perhaps still a little "immature", probably due to his young age.
Recommended restaurant.

Antipasto di fiori di zucca delizioso e delicato, mentre le tagliatelle fresche ai funghi e tartufo estivo (con ben 30 tuorli) erano un perfetto equilibrio di gusto. Buona sta di vini locali
Il personale estremamente disponibile e professionale e la terrazza esterna davvero accogliente
Abbiamo festeggiato una ricorrenza speciale e mai scelta fu più felice (con torta preparata da loro deliziosa)

Delicious and delicate courgette flower appetizer, while the fresh tagliatelle with mushrooms and summer truffle (with 30 egg yolks) were a perfect balance of taste. Good sta of local wines
The extremely helpful and professional staff and the really welcoming outdoor terrace
We celebrated a special occasion and choice was never happier (with a delicious cake prepared by them)

Piatti ricercati e davvero ottimi! Abbiamo preso tortelli, paccheri e polpo: un piatto meglio dell’altro!! Anche i dolci, soprattutto il tiramisù, davvero buoni!!

Per sceglie il menu degustazione con abbinata la degustazione di vini, verrà accompagnato in un viaggio emozionale che credo non dimenticherà. Consigliato.
Wonderful place, very kind and professional staff. The lake fish menu is excellent. The wine selection is interesting. To choose the tasting menu combined with wine tasting, you will be accompanied on an emotional journey that I believe you will never forget. Advised.

Per la scelta del vino ci siamo fatti consigliare e il personale ha saputo consigliarci molto bene. Esperienza da rifare e vi consiglio vivamente di andarci.
What about Chiusina is an enchanting and well-kept place. Helpful and competent staff, exquisite dishes and quality raw materials. For the choice of wine we got advice and the staff was able to advise us very well. Experience to be redone and I highly recommend you to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto elegante e molto intimo. Cibo buonissimo e personale molto gentile. Solo un piccolo appunto, il percorso vini molto buono ma quantità un po’ scarsa per il costo proposto (ci tengo a dire che a noi hanno applicato un piccolo sconto su una delle 2 degustazioni). Torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare le nuove proposte!
Elegant and very intimate place. Very good food and very nice staff. Just a small note, the wine route is very good but the quantity is a bit low for the proposed cost (I would like to say that we have applied a small discount on one of the 2 tastings). We will definitely come back to taste the new proposals!
