Bagni pulitissimi, regole covid rispettatissime... Veniamo al cibo, pane che da solo merita 5 stelle, tortellini di Valeggio, che sicuramente rispecchiano una cura notevole, involucro di pasta fatta in casa sottile e ben cotta, interno con carne delicata e saporita al punto giusto condimento burro re salvia non invadente. Tortelli verdi con ripieno di robiola e gamberi con letto di crema di rape, veramente gradevoli sul palato con sapori ben distinti.Limousine cotta sulla piastra perfetta, taglio tenerissimo, ottima l idea di poter completare la cottura da soli. Dolci... Un paradiso spumone di zabaione e tiramisu da provare. Stelle solo 5 peccato merita di piu. Dimenticavo staff gentile disponibile e competente. Camerieri e proprietari veramente gentili. Super soddisfatti! Ottimo per la gita fuori porta della domenica! Consiglio vivamente! Restaurant in the center of Valeggio, we arrived on foot after taking a tour of the Sigurtà park. Really generous portions and average prices. Really nice waiters and owners. Super satisfied! Great for a Sunday trip out of town! I highly recommend!
