O	Ortensina Guidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locazione accogliente. Personale poco gentile. Abbiamo consumato due buone capresi, un pessimo gelato e pessimi tortellini industriali galleggianti nel burro. Sconsigliato. Cozy location. Unfriendly staff. We ate two good caprese, a bad ice cream and bad industrial tortellini floating in butter. Not recommended.

Prezzi per la colazione poco sopra la media, ma essendo in un posto turistico ci può stare. Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo far entrare il cane e ci hanno detto di si. Dentro, il bar è molto accogliente e ben fatto. Siamo entrati alle 9.30 perché nei bar vicino non c'erano più brioches per fare colazione, mentre qui c'erano ed erano ben forniti. Prezzi giusti per qualità offerta e posizione. Bar "twinned" with the nearby restaurant lo stappo. Wide choice of drinks and great snack options (salads, sandwiches and bruschetta). Amazing view. Fair prices for the quality offered and location.

Ci sediamo e veniamo serviti dopo chi si è seduto dopo di noi , ordinazione arrivata sbagliata e non ho ricevuto un "scusa" , ma solo una brutta espressione dal cameriere. Ciliegina sulla torta il conto (sbagliato e più alto), dove , se non fossi stata io attenta alle cose che ho preso, avrei pagato di più , con l'insistenza della titolare nell'aver ragione sul conto. Arrivati con locale pieno, ma non in una condizione caotica, dobbiamo aspettare qualche minuto per sederci: avevamo chiesto se fosse possibile prenotare, ci è stato risposto di no. Peccato che qualche minuto dopo si presenta un gruppo con tavolo prenotato... Veniamo accolti da una signora molto svogliata che ci fa accomodare ad un tavolo tra due porte aperte che creavano aria corrente (e non era esattamente caldo fuori). Dopo poco viene a prende gli ordini in modo frettoloso, se ne stava andando prima che finissimo di ordinare. Prendiamo un aperitivo con tagliere di formaggi, che conteneva mostarda. Il cameriere ha pensato fosse una buona idea versare la mostarda su tavolo, giubbotto e pantaloni di un commensale. Quando lo abbiamo fatto notare non si sono scusati, non si sono offerti di pulire e non hanno nemmeno chiesto se volessimo qualcosa per farlo in autonomia. Menù abbastanza fornito e dal costo tutto sommato buono, considerata la location: 4. Qualità del cibo ottima e cocktail ben fatti, anche se leggermente "scarsi": 4. Location meravigliosa, da sola salva tutto: 5. In summary: spectacular location, service to forget. Service: 1.
