Dall'accoglienza del vero spirito dell'oste che ti invita a mangiare a casa sua alla cura meticolosa e sostanziosa di ogni piatto. Che peccato non siano qui, dietro l'angolo di casa, per poterci tornare ogni volta che si ha voglia di sentirsi così bene. Il resto (il menù, la location, la selezione dei vini) scopritelo voi. Cucina: Cucina tipica romana veramente fantastica con piatti curatissimi e tutti i piatti veramente ottimi, dalla caccio e pepe, alla amatriciana, ai salti imbocca, al carciofo fritto tutti veramente molto molto buoni e presentati molto bene. Personale: Personale gentilissimo e veramente di grande disponibilità, al momento della prenotazione avevo chiesto se avevano i fiori di zucca ripieni, appena arrivati il ragazzo si è ricordato della nostra richiesta al telefono e subito ci ha accontentato, questo a mio parere è sinonimo di grande professionalità e gentilezza, anche la ragazza molto cortese e sempre disponibile: Prezzo: Prezzi giusto per l'ottima qualità della materia prima. Avevamo prenotato un tavolo all'interno ma abbiamo chiesto la gentilezza di poterci spostare fuori e ci hanno accontento: c'era un bellissimo sole e fuori si sta benissimo sotto agli ombrelloni, nella corte privata del ristorante e l'hotel. Ci hanno servito subito delle bruschette con cotechino e ravanelli, poi antipasto e primo. Come antipasto abbiamo preso carciofo (nel menù sono al plurale ma ne servono uno soltanto) e polpettine al sugo con parmigiano. Come primo piatto abbiamo preso due fuori menù molto molto buoni, quindi chiedete se nel menù del giorno c'è possibilità di avere altro se preferite. In più un piatto di tortellini classici. Il menù non offre una grande scelta, non c'è molta varietà, ma la qualità dei prodotti è notevole. Tutto molto buono e saporito. Tutto 68 euro totale, con due bottiglie d'acqua comprese. Consigliato! Very nice place, welcoming and polite staff. We had booked a table inside but we asked the kindness of being able to move outside and they satisfied us: there was a beautiful sun and outside it is great under the umbrellas, in the private courtyard of the restaurant and the hotel. They immediately served us bruschetta with cotechino and radishes, then an appetizer and first course. As an appetizer we took artichoke (in the menu they are in the plural but they only serve one) and meatballs in sauce with parmesan. As a first course we took two very very good off menus, so ask if there is more on the menu of the day if you prefer. Plus a plate of classic tortellini. The menu does not offer a great choice, there is not much variety, but the quality of the products is remarkable. All very good and tasty. All 68 euros total, with two bottles of water included. Recommended!

La cucina poi ... niente é lasciato al caso, materie prime, tecnica, impiattamento... l'abbinamento delle salsine veramente Top!!. Prezzi veramente onesti visto il lavoro che c'è dietro ogni piatto!

A	AAA AAA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. Incredible food (the best tortellini I have never tasted), the best meet I have never had in Italy and lovely desserts. The waiters are really professionals (like in a 5 stars hotel). Absolutely recomendable.
