★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come to La Borsa to truly understand what the art of making fresh pasta is all about. They offer a tris of tortelli (classic meat filling, ricotta and spinach and pumpkin and amaretto) which is simply seasoned with butter to make the pasta itself be the real star of the show. I have never seen the pasta dough rolled so thin, the flavours were perfectly balanced and delicious. My mum had the sfogliata (very thin and delicate lasagne filled with vegetables) and it was equally stunning. This is a family restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere and a stellar wine list. A destination for foodies and wine lovers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW! Is the word as that tortellini melts in your mouth and the flavor of butter and sage begins to make you realize that this is probably the best pasta you ever tried. Second time here and would never miss to visit this place if around Verona. Great and welcoming hosts..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely family run restaurant. Well known for it’s tortellinis. Out BNB host recommended this restaurant. The price is reasonable and food is yummy. We tried spinach and meat. My ordered beef pasta. He said that it was the pasta he has ever eaten. Also it’s close to Ponte Visconteo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a recent bike trip in the area we were booked for lunch at this restaurant. Despite showing up a bit damp from a sudden rain, we were seated promptly and treated to a master class in tortellini. Nadia was an amazing host and treated us to three different tortellini dishes. Along with appetizers and dessert. And appropriate wines as well. The tortellini is exceptional in that it is very fine, almost velvety. Not your mothers tortellini! Highly recommended. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUPERB. 6 stars restaurant. might be the best pasta I ever ate. wonderful friendly crew. nona came to add extra ragu on our toretlini. olives were amazing. asking if we are OK all time.
Ordered: homemade tortellini: spinach, pumpkin, beef + Tagliatelle ragu. cheese plate, see bass, roast beef. Everything was more than great!
