★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse uno dei pochi negozi presenti in questo outlet molto caro, a rispecchiare il concetto di rapporto /qualità abbastanza soddisfacente ed inoltre c'è un commesso a nome massimo molto professionale e garbato che ti sa consigliare ed assistere nella scelta degli articoli... Complimenti

Abbiamo comprato 3 articoli in questo negozio e due articoli su tre sono usciti difettosi.
Sul personale poi stendiamo un velo pietoso. Premesso che ci è stato vietato di aprire gli articoli per verificarne la qualità o eventuali difetti (capisco perfettamente, date le normative anti-covid), ma non mi sembra per niente educato nè rispettoso urlare al cliente davanti a tutto il negozio, neanche fosse suo figlip.
Per concludere, mi sembra veramente assurdo che un negozio che vende delle lenzuola di 250 euro, non abbia un euro di resto alla cassa da dare al cliente. Il Pos non funzionante per "problemi interni" e la commessa pretendeva che noi clienti andassimo in giro per tutto il centro commerciale a cambiare i soldi!
Fuggite via da questo negozio, non meritano i vostri soldi.
Bad staff and bad merchandise!
We bought 3 items in this shop and two out of three items came out defective.
On the staff then we spread a pitiful veil. Given that we have been forbidden to open the items to check their quality or any defects (I understand perfectly, given the anti-covid regulations), but it doesn't seem polite or respectful at all to yell at the customer in front of the whole shop, even if it was his children
In conclusion, it seems to me really absurd that a shop that sells sheets of 250 euros does not have a euro change at the cash desk to give to the customer. The Pos not working due to "internal problems" and the saleswoman wanted us customers to go around the mall to change money!
Run away from this shop, they don't deserve your money.

Dopo vari reclami il negozio di Marcianise mi riempiva di bugie .Domani farò un reclamo formale al centro La Reggia e in più contatterò il centro consumatori per avere il rimborso non comprero' più niente da voi!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è anche troppo... di una scorrettezza mai vista. Una truffa !!! Entro in negozio per acquistare degli articoli visti un ora prima sul sito . Già al mio ingresso vengono cambiati dei prezzi e vabbè tralasciamo questo dettaglio, mostro l'articolo che cercavo e chiedo se lo sconto era ancora valido e mi viene risposto di sì. Uscita dal negozio controllo lo scontrino e noto che l'articolo mi era stato fatto pagare a prezzo pieno . Ricontrollo il sito e lo sconto sul sito risultava ancora ho anche provato a fare una bozza di acquisto a quel punto contatto sia il punto vendita che la chat del sito e mi viene detto di aspettare il giorno dopo perché impegnati e non disponibili. Magicamente il giorno dopo sono cambiati i prezzi anche sul Sito . La trovo una cosa assurda e di poco rispetto . Pessimi non acquisterò mai più in questa catena di negozi
A star is too much ... of an unfairness never seen before. A fraud !!! I go into the shop to buy items seen an hour earlier on the site. Already at my entrance, prices are changed and oh well let's leave this detail out, I show the article I was looking for and ask if the discount was still valid and I am answered yes. When I leave the shop, I check the receipt and notice that the item had been charged to me at full price. I re-check the site and the discount on the site was still showing I also tried to make a purchase draft at that point I contact both the store and the site chat and I am told to wait for the next day because they are busy and not available. Magically the next day the prices also changed on the Site. I find it absurd and of little respect. Bad I will never shop again in this chain of stores

Servizio ottimo ovviamente struttura di altissimo livello quindi disponiamo di parcheggio ampio bagni centro informazioni e tutto. Il negozio è abbastanza grande e arioso troverete tutto quello che può servirvi la casa italiana nel suo settore è un punto di riferimento. I prodotti sono di ottima qualità in questo caso ci troviamo nell outlet quindi veramente I prezzi sono convenienti. Tal volta ho trovato solo la scelta non ampia ma comunque alla fine ho sempre comprato ciò che cercavo. Promossi! Norme anti covid rispettate pienamente!
La casa italiana is a shop located in the open-air shopping mall la reggia outlet. Excellent service obviously a very high level structure so we have a large parking area, bathrooms, information center and everything. The shop is quite large and airy you will find everything that the Italian house can serve you in its sector is a point of reference. The products are of excellent quality in this case we are in the outlet so really the prices are affordable. Sometimes I only found the choice that was not wide but in any case in the end I always bought what I was looking for. Promoted! Anti covid rules fully respected!
