M	Mery Diana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mia suocera abbiamo acquistato due cuscini memory per dormire meglio, la cortesia dello staff è spettacolare, sono preparati, assecondano le scelte del cliente, aiutandolo a capire, sono gentili, cortesi, rispettosi, ed efficienti, penso proprio che qualora mi servisse qualcosa per dormire meglio non ci penserei due volte, andrei subito da DORELAN a dei buoni prodotti, come materassi, cuscini per ogni gusto ed esigenza, mi ha molto sorpreso. Non sono una cliente facile, se qualcosa non mi piace lo dico senza alcun giro di parole, DORELAN ha avuto pazienza con me, per arrivare ad un obiettivo, trovare il prodotto anche per me e ci è riuscito benissimo. E comunque stanotte con il mio nuovo cuscino ho dormito una bellezza, mi sento meglio, il dolore alla cervicale e quasi svanito, la schiena sta decisamente meglio, sono soddisfatta al 1000%. C	Cesare Iorio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Materasso cambiato per ben tre volte perché rumoroso e dopo poche settimane si affondava, eppure sono 70 kg e mia moglie 55 ...esperienza negativa al 100% alla fine ho deciso di restituire il prodotto che avevano cambiato per ben 3 volte .mi hanno risarcito della spesa sostenuta meno l’iva . Ma la cosa più grave è che una volta che ho deciso di recedere tutto, andavano di corsa per il ritiro perché il prodotto doveva essere messo di nuovo in vendita nelle loro settimane di saldi. Visto che le affermazioni del negoziante non corrispondono a realtà , allego copia della ricevuta di acquisto dove si evince che oltre il materasso è stata acquistata anche la rete Dorelan da loro consigliata.
