Per un cambio legittimo mi hanno fatto tornare più volte dicendomi che non tutta la merce era utilizzabile ( sono 2 negozi separati della stessa proprietà ) e che quindi se avessi voluto prendere un capo di abbigliamento al posto delle scarpe nn sarebbe stato possibile. Unfortunately it is not possible to assign zero stars. Presumptuous, incompetent and above all incorrect sales assistants. For a legitimate exchange they made me come back several times telling me that not all the goods were usable (they are 2 separate shops of the same property) and that therefore if I wanted to take a piece of clothing instead of shoes it would not have been possible.

Sinceramente sono rimasta delusa da questo atteggiamento. I went to the new location of the shop to buy a christening dress for a baby girl and the 2 shop assistants present were rude, they didn't deign to help me in the least. Honestly, I was disappointed with this attitude.

Vasta scelta di articoli per bambini , uno più bello dell'altro da far venire voglia di comprarli tutti . Personale gentile e preparato , fin da subito ti seguono nella scelta degli articoli in base all'esigenza personale . Contentissima , non conoscevo l'azienda anche se storica , sicuramente sarà il mio negozio di riferimento per i mie bambini . Super happy !! Fabulous showroom in every detail and pleasant climate from the entrance. Wide choice of items for children, one more beautiful than the other to make you want to buy them all. Kind and trained staff, they follow you immediately in the choice of items based on personal needs.
