Cuoco sempre in giro per i tavoli a rifilare il pesce fuori menù che ha sofferto.. piatti che assomigliano alla brutta fotocopia di quelli realizzati da Veri cuochi professionisti. Prezzi da ristorante stellato, ma in realtà di stellato c'è solo il bagno, in tutta sincerità ho apprezzato la pulizia della latrina. Insomma, penso che questo ristorante debba seriamente ridimensionarsi. In realtà non si mangia male, ma si capisce che c'è un accanimento nel copiare piatti stellati senza risultati. Ha poca vita, manca stoffa. Invito il gestore sognatore a farsi un giro a Riccione all'osteria del minestraio, così potrà rendersi conto di come si gestisce un locale con personalità. Il pesce è sapientemente cucinato e delizioso e sopratutto si sente la freschezza del prodotto. Ottima la cantina dei vini. Lo chef ti consiglia cio che è disponibile al momento (essendo pesce fresco, non sempre hanno a disposizione tutti i prodotti segnati a menu) proponendo anche diversi tipi di condimento. Ristorante sicuramente da provare, se siete in zona. Ritornerei in quanto la qualità del cibo è ottima, metto 4 stelle solo per le porzioni ridotte rispetto il prezzo dei piatti. Consigliato Hospitality and originality. Booked with the fork. A	Alex McFarlane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent a lovely afternoon dining in 'The Other Fish'. It's a bit out of the usual tourist center of Bologna, but well worth the extra effort. Samy is an awesome host, and you have to try the chef's signature scallop starter, just awesome. Highly recommended!
