★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was excited to try this place based on the reviews but was disappointed with both the service and food. The bread was stale and our waiter forgot to serve butter or olive oil along with it. I ordered the seafood salad, which had uncooked seafood and large chunks of bagel mixed in with it (why bagels?). The wine I ordered never came and the server wasn't attentive until I asked for the bill.
On the upside, every table is served a glass of Prosecco when seated and desserts with lemoncello at the end of the meal. The waiter also apologized for the wine when he came with the bill. The ambience was nice - I enjoyed the live entertainment.
I most likely won't return but encourage those who want a romantic evening to visit it maybe just once during their stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow... My wife and I were walking around town and happened to walk past and decided to have dinner. What a classic and beautiful place. Service was superb as the food and wine.... A classic restaurant with white table cloth, waiter with perfect knowledge of the wines and the food was absolutely wonderful. I will be back next time in town.

The host and servers were magnificent; they truly went above and beyond, the entire experience was amazing and the food delicious and fresh. It will continue to be one of our top choices in Sorrento. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect dinner near the piazetta in Sorrento. My boyfriend being from Napoli, we always look for the authentic restaurant when here. We had Tartare di Manzo as starter it was really fresh, followed by one petto d'anatra (duck breast) which was perfectly cooked and a filetto di spigola (fresh fish from the sea) which was delicious. We finished the dinner with limoncello and ricotta e pere tart a typical dish which was very delicate. The staff was excellent and the atmosphere was really enjoyable. For such dishes the quality price ratio was excellent. We will surely come back for the tasting menu!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Restaurant! Very traditional and a lot of history to this place. It is one the oldest restaurants in Sorrento. The service was outstanding. If you go in a group of 4-6 people they will be able to service you perfectly. They have one of the best bread selections I have ever seen. The zucchini pasta is out of this world, a must try. Again if you go in a big group be patient as they are a mom and pop place and things are just coming back to pre-pandemic times ,so staff is limited. Enjoy and absorb this place.
