★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually write nice reviews but I wasn't so keen on writing a fantastic review about this restaurant. The food was nice, it did actually arrive quite quick, my boyfriend liked his dinner. However, it may just be a one off and just bad timing when being served at the restaurant but me and my boyfriend was greeted by a guy called Mario, he was nice at first and allowed us to sit wherever as there was alot of empty tables. We were given the food menu and we had to wait around 15 minutes to actually be asked what we would like to order. Now I can understand if it was actually busy, but there was alot of tables empty outside (wasn't sure about the inside). We tried making eye contact with any of the waiters so they could attend to us. But the Mario guy was just standing around the corner, seemed like he really couldn't be bothered to serve us. Once he came to us, he asked what drink we'd like to order then just went on to say "just water then?" in an unfriendly tone. We would have ordered some actual drinks if someone had given us the drinks menu but when someone has a tone, it does put you off from ordering properly. In addition, we had to ask for the bill twice and nearly missed our bus back to our hotel just because noone could actually be bothered to attend to us. I was reading the comments and I'm sure the restaurant is great and has good customer service. Unfortunately, you can't please everyone, it's just the customer service that let it down for us.

Staff is more or less nice (specially the blond girl).
Food is not bad, not great either.
Menu on the web is outdated. Neither the dishes nor the prices are the current ones.
We saw in other tables that they were offered a limoncello with their bill. Not on us. A detail that will make us choose another place the rest of our vacations. A pity :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fancy plc with great service! Great zucchini fritters, perfectly fried. Seafood pasta was AMAZING, bread was warm and the risotto was also cooked perfectly. The lamp shank was subpar, i would not recommend. Overall great dining experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been in Italia for 2 weeks and this has been one of the best meals we've had. The attention and service you receive is at a fine dinning level without the stuffiness. We ordered a great local red for 40€, a large appetizer, five entrees, 2 desserts and a grapa and kept it under 200€. If you like excellent food this is a must for sorrento. So far, the best overall restaurant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our favorite meal in Sorrento. Mario our waiter is amazingly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Veal osobuca (sp?) was my wife's favorite dish, Delicate squash blossoms were the best we tasted all week. Our table had tuna, fruitta de mare and cannelloni everyone loved the meal
