★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola delusione. Servizio sempre impeccabile, ottima cantina ma questa sera è mancato qualcosa. Puntarelle non pervenute in un piatto con troppa misticanza che ha coperto il tutto, tataki di tonno rosso buono e salmone con melograno che non aveva nulla di particolare. Sia chiaro, tutto tecnicamente ineccepibile ma senza carattere o perlomeno io non l'ho percepito. 55€ a persona meritano forse un 'WOW' che non c'è stato, anche la sfogliata con crema e fragole non mi ha impressionato. Gli altri commensali invece sono rimasti colpiti dal polletto arrosto e dal rombo ... Molto tenero e gustoso
 Small disappointment. Always impeccable service, excellent cellar but something was missing this evening. Puntarelle not received in a dish with too much salad that covered everything, tataki of good red tuna and salmon with pomegranate that had nothing particular. Let me be clear, all technically flawless but without character or at least I have not perceived it. 55 € per person deserves a 'WOW' that didn't exist, even the puff pastry with cream and strawberries didn't impress me. The other diners, on the other hand, were struck by the roast chicken and turbot ... Very tender and tasty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended. A bit off the beaten track, but surely worth a visit if you happen to be in Bologna. Nice decor, excellent service, not too crowded (we went on a Tuesday) so you can enjoy the atmosphere and quiet talking, and a good selection of food, that builds on Italian and regional tradition but with a few twists.
