★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratorio di Pasticceria fantastico un po' distante dal centro ma vale la pena impiegare 10 minuti in macchina per poter gustare i migliori dolci di Bologna. Da nn perdere le torte che il maestro pasticcere Mario realizza e decora a vostro piacere e i goduriosi profitterol . Merita pienamente il massimo dei voti.
Fantastic pastry workshop a bit far from the center but it is worth taking 10 minutes by car to taste the best desserts in Bologna. Do not miss the cakes that the master pastry chef Mario makes and decorates at your pleasure and the delightful profitterol. Fully deserves full marks.

I ordered a gluten-free and lactose-free cake for my mum's 50th birthday, FABULOUS! The cake has been devoured by even the most skeptical. I requested a fairly large cake as I wanted to keep it to eat some tomorrow, but it's all over today! CONGRATULATIONS
