★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traditional gelato cream is less than bologna average which is superlative: not the bodyful typical cream. Too icy and thin in taste.
Creative tastes “onion” is milder than needed: no edge no thrill.
Lousy location.
Ingredients are anyway of best quality.
But remember that in Bologna our expectation is highest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De gustibus! Been there 3 times.. it's just ok, average ice cream pretending to be special. Very pricey, some are not so flavourich and we even find an hair in one of the cups (they apologized but was 1st time happened to us ?).
The girl at the counter was everything but not polite or friendly and not even professional.
Personal opinion .. Weird self celebrating commercial all around the place ?? and you don't feel like in a small neighborhood shop at all .. disappointing a bit playing with chefs title if you are one hehe
Ps: not-sweet ice cream it's been around since a while ?
