OK, that's - technically - not saying much, because most of the gelato in Bologna is ridiculously good, but even so, this is better than most. Fresh, impeccably sourced ingredients, done just right, with flavors and textures to match.
The draw here is that alongside the usuals, there is usually a selection of "different" gelati - orange peel, goats milk, and whatnot. They're all amazingly good - you have to try them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old school ice cream shop. A little out the way but worth the trip for s selection of traditional gelato in unusual flavours. This was our third bowl in as we wanted to try so many flavours. All tasty but the Pistachio, ginger and pumpkin cinnamon deserve a special mention!
