★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto interessante all'interno. Più che ristorante, fa antiquariato. I vini, eccellenti. Il personale gentile, preparato e disponibile. Le pietanze proposte, ben preparate. Attenzione, come tutti i locali di un certo livello, la carta menù è alquanto ridotta. Perciò se pensate di rimpinzarvj come nelle trattorie (dove si mangia diversamente benissimo), mettete nella borsa il panino con la mortadella da addentare di nascosto ?

Attention, like all places of a certain level, the menu card is somewhat reduced. Menu che ti consente di gustare crudi a volontà di ogni specie e tipo, carta dei vini che metterebbe a tacere anche i clienti più esigenti e qualità delle materie prime davvero di nota. Ho avuto modo di provare l’ostrica più buona che io abbia mai assaggiato: la Sublime Verde, davvero speciale!
