Great place to eat. Very casual, amazing views and delicious food. I had the spaghetti with lemon flavored clams it was so good. Perfect 10/10!

Posting this after the second meal here. We love this restaurant. The current owner’s grandfather (Giovanni) started this as Hotel California (he was a big Eagles fan). Staff are uniformly delightful and pleasant. The food is absolutely delicious, presenting artistically, the cocktails perfect and the view jaw dropping. All without the pretentious overcharge of most Positano restaurants.

Hands down the best dinner we’ve had in Positano. We came for our honeymoon and they surprised us with a lovely and romantic dinner set up for dinner with roses and all. The staff went above and beyond with good service, friendly, and accommodating. Absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful view, good atmosphere, and most important delicious food.

While the staff were really friendly, and the views from the terrace are great, we had a really disappointing experience here, as we were told it was great and the reviews looked solid. The food was pretty bland and tasteless - the tuna tartare starter comes on a bed of hard coconut shavings, which, in my humble opinion, doesn’t work at all. The black pasta (Scialatielli) has such an over powering taste of fennel (and by proxy, an aniseed-like flavour) that it’s unpleasant to eat. The aubergine parmigiana was standard, but nothing special. The ravioli was also pretty flavourless and unimpressive too, unfortunately. We finished the meal in the hopes of discovering some last bit of magic, but it never came. Maybe we caught the chefs on an off-night? All in all, two starters and two mains with two large bottles of water came to €88.00, which is a lot to pay for a sub par experience.

This place is a must! I came here twice during my three day stay here and let me tell you the staff is very attentive and friendly. The food is delicious, I don’t remember the name of this plate but it was excellent- I highly recommend it. Thank you to everyone at the restaurant for the wonderful experience.

Very pleasant little restaurant with great views of Positano and the water. Enjoyed the food. Great presentation and service. Menu was a little on the brief side, but food was well prepared.

The views are priceless. My “meat Ragu” originally came with a noodle slightly thicker than spaghetti. I asked for a specific flat noodle (Papedella) and they brought it out with gnocchi pasta instead. Not the texture of pasta I wanted but it was still good. My wife ordered the sea bass and was not able to finish it. We had to send it back. The salad was maybe 8 bites in total (very small). So I think if the waiter spent just a bit more time getting an idea of our tastes/desires the experience would be different. They were all pleasant, but lacked hat extra something that should earn a 5 star rating.

We walked-in in this restaurant without a reservation. We were welcomed and had one of the best dinners in Positano with a great view. Ravioli stuffed with eggplant and cheese, the homemade spaghetti with clams and lemon, the lemon delight were all so delicious and not overpriced. We definitely recommend this place but make a reservation to get the best tables!
