★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Dopo aver visto uno scooter spacciato come paragonabile al nuovo con soli 600 km confermo interesse e prendo appuntamento per confermarlo e pagarlo. Arrivo la mattina dopo e oltre a non esserci nessuno tranne il meccanico che ovviamente non può gestire nulla, vedo lo scooter palesemente incidentato con vari pezzi rotti e suscitati. Dopo una serie di scuse mi dicono che il prezzo era inteso coi pezzi sostituiti, e che non avevano fatto in tempo a cambiarli. Se fossi andato la settimana successiva avreia acquistato uno scooter incidentato spacciato per sano. Lascio perdere il fatto di una comunicazione difficile. È l'onesta che manca.
 Very bad experience. After seeing a scooter passed off as comparable to the new one with only 600 km I confirm interest and I make an appointment to confirm it and pay it. I arrive the next morning and besides not being anyone except the mechanic who obviously cannot handle anything, I see the scooter clearly damaged with various broken and aroused pieces. After a series of excuses they tell me that the price was intended with the pieces replaced, and that they had not had time to change them. If I had gone the following week, I would have bought a crashed scooter that was passed off as healthy. I give up the fact of a difficult communication. It is the honesty that is lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato prima dell'estate Motoriciclo in quanto il mio meccanico precedente non aveva dato più speranze al mio scooter Honda 250.La diagnosi era complicata ed l'alternativa ad una spesa astronomica era la demolizione. Visto che un pochino ci ero affezionato e non avevo soldi da spendere mi sono informato da questi ragazzi (trovati su internet) che si sono subito dimostrati gentili, possibilisti e professionali. Ho consegnato lo scooter descrivendo i vari problemi al motore ed anche le mie scarse possibilità economiche e mi sono venuti incontro.Il risultato per farla breve è stato che adesso lo scooter va bene, e la spesa è stata il più contenuta possibile..anche perchè mi hanno spiegato che sono gli unici ad avere pezzi di ricambio usati ma in buone condizioni ,il che gli permette di poter abbassare abbastanza il prezzo finale. Per questo motivo li consiglio vivamente a chi ha una moto anche vecchiotta e non in buone condizioni e non vuole svenarsi per ripararla, perchè la demolizione è sempre brutta quando ad una moto ci sei affezionato... Un GRAZIE a Sabrina,Valeryio e tutto il loro staff. Se io abitassi in zona Mazzini,per me sarebbero il top...purtroppo io sono lontano (fuori Bologna) ma se avrò altri problemi o qualcuno da consigliare sono loro i primi a cui penserò..senz'altro.
I contacted Motoriciclo before the summer as my previous mechanic had given no hope to my Honda 250 scooter.The diagnosis was complicated and the alternative to an astronomical expense was demolition. Since I was a little fond of it and I had no money to spend, I informed myself from these guys (found on the internet) who immediately proved to be kind, open-minded and professional. I delivered the scooter describing the various problems with the engine and also my poor economic possibilities and they came to meet me.The result in short was that now the scooter is fine, and the expense was as low as possible ... also because they explained to me that they are the only ones to have used spare parts but in good condition, which allows them to lower the final price enough. For this reason I highly recommend them to those who have a motorcycle even old and not in good condition and do not want to faint to repair it, because demolition is always bad when you are fond of a motorcycle ... A THANKS to Sabrina, Valeryio and all the their staff. If I lived in the Mazzini area, for me they would be the top ... unfortunately I am far away (outside Bologna) but if I have other problems or someone to recommend they are the first to think about .. certainly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non fatevi toccare il vostro mezzo !!!! E soprattutto non fatevi prendervi in giro dalle sue parole ...il bello è che riesce a dare la responsabilità al materiale delle case costruttrici... Anche se non sapete mettere mani sul mezzo,state sicuri che fate un lavoro migliore di questa Pseudo officina/carrozzeria ... EVITATELA COME LA PESTE o COVID visto il periodo!!!
Don't let your vehicle touch you !!!! And above all, do not be fooled by his words ... the beauty is that he manages to give responsibility to the material of the manufacturers ... Avevo già avvisato il venditore che sarei andato ad acquistare una moto da lui, dopo un'ora e mezza di viaggio ed essermi dovuto prendere una giornata di permesso dal lavoro, arrivo lì e con una nonchalance allucinante mi dice molto tranquillo mentre scherzava con un suo amico "venduta", senza nemmeno alzarsi dal divanetto in cui era seduto.
Dopo tutta la strada che sapeva che avrei dovuto fare non ha avuto nemmeno il tempo di dirmi che era già stata venduta, e lo avevo chiamato 30 minuti prima per dirgli che stavo arrivando.
Pessimo venditore che pensa esclusivamente agli affari con 0 professionalità e umanità.
Da quello che ho letto in altre recensioni sembra che abbia già truffato in altri modi diverse persone state attenti.
Bad experience.
I had already advised the seller that I would go to buy a motorcycle from him, after an hour and a half of travel and having had to take a day off from work, I arrive there and with a hallucinating nonchalance he tells me very calm while joking with one of his friend "sold", without even getting up from the sofa in which he was sitting.
After all the way he knew I should go he didn't even have time to tell me it was already sold, and I had called him 30 minutes earlier to tell him I was on my way.
Bad salesman who only thinks about business with 0 professionalism and humanity.
From what I have read in other reviews it seems that it has already scammed in other ways several people beware.

Mi sarà recapitato via posta mi auguro di riceverlo entro l anno
Absolutely negative experience vehicle purchased and paid immediately on 19/11 and on 05/12 I have yet to receive the property landscape after myriads of requests, most of which unanswered, today I finally receive x via whatsapp the photo of the vehicle registration document with the passage
It will be delivered to me by post and I hope to receive it within the year

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo visitato il concessionario per visionare un’auto usata. Ci ha accolto una ragazza che, sin dall’inizio, ci ha trattato in maniera scostante e maleducata. Rideva alle domande che facevamo (perché ovviamente non siamo intenditori) e peccava di saccenza. Risposte eccessivamente taglienti e frustranti, al punto di essere offensive. Per queste motivazioni la macchina, che, comunque, risultava essere da tener in considerazione, non sarà più visionata.
We visited the dealer to view a used car. We were welcomed by a girl who, from the beginning, treated us in an unfriendly and rude way. He laughed at the questions we asked (because of course we are not connoisseurs) and sinned with saccenza. Overly cutting and frustrating responses, to the point of being offensive. Io lo consiglio vivamente e soprattutto ne hanno per tutte le tasche.
I bought a motorcycle from them a few days ago, I had a great time, friendly and professional, Valerio the owner is a competent person and he delivered the bike to me as new.
I highly recommend it and above all they have it for all budgets.
