★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso il loro negozio per toccare con mano una Guzzi V85TT. Finalmente ho trovato un negozio con un venditore che ne sapeva almeno quanto meno di moto. Sicuramente è ben più preparato di me ma al giorno d'oggi mi trovo sempre più spesso ad essere io a dover spiegare di che cosa si tratta a chi vende. Invece qui ho avuto la possibilità di chiedere, chiacchierare, raccontare, condividere. E' inutile se uno vende moto ed è appassionato ha una marcia in più. Daniele è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile non solo a parlare della moto in oggetto, di cui sapeva tutto, ma anche nel condividere la passione per le moto in generale per la Moto Guzzi in particolare. Per ora l'impressione è davvero ottima, corroborata dall'atteggiamento molto rilassato e non in stile "vendere a tutti i costi, il più velocemente possibile". Ci siamo salutati con un "chiamaci per un test ride che ti fai un giro" senza che nessuno mi corresse dietro con un preventivo in mano. Spero che ci saranno le condizioni per diventare un loro cliente. Vista la penosa esperienza con l'assistenza Moto Guzzi a Bologna, poter trovare un dealer giovane, motivato ed appassionato sarebbe fantastico. Intanto: bravi!
 I went to their shop to touch a Guzzi V85TT. I finally found a shop with a salesman who knew at least at least about motorcycles. He is certainly much better prepared than me but nowadays I find myself more and more often having to explain what it is about to those who sell. Instead, here I had the opportunity to ask, chat, tell, share. It is useless if one sells motorcycles and is passionate, he has an extra gear. Daniele was very kind and super available not only to talk about the bike in question, which he knew everything about, but also to share the passion for motorcycles in general and Moto Guzzi in particular. For now the impression is very good, supported by the very relaxed and not in the style of "sell at all costs, as fast as possible". We said goodbye with a "call us for a test ride, take a ride" without anyone running after me with a quote in hand. I hope there will be the conditions to become their client. Given the painful experience with Moto Guzzi assistance in Bologna, being able to find a young, motivated and passionate dealer would be fantastic. Meanwhile: good!

A fianco c'è il negozio di scooter molto fornito, con tutti gli ultimi modelli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an xl size helmet as per my other helmets. Waited a few months for delivery, emailing them periodically for an update. Finally got the helmet and it was too tight. I email asking if they have a larger size and every time I email them it's weeks before they get back to me. Finally ask to initiate a return and refund only to be told it's too late. Now I'm lumbered with a helmet that I cant use and £300 out of pocket! Useless customer services and sales. No option to give a zero rating or I would.
Well...waited a month for a reply here and guess what...nothing. No surprise there. Obviously can't argue with the truth.
