★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato il rivenditore durante la quarantena tramite Facebook per avere un paio di preventivi visto che avevo rotto il motorino e me ne serviva uno appena possibile, chiedendo di poter essere contattato per chiarimenti. La prima risposta è stata un semplice invito a guardare il sito, cosa che avevo già fatto. Alla mia richiesta di qualche info in più su un paio di modelli usati non si sono più fatti vivi. Ho contattato un'altra concessionaria che in poche ore mi ha chiamato e spiegato per mezz'ora costi e dettagli. Risultato: hanno perso un cliente, visto che il precedente motorino lo avevo preso da loro
I contacted the dealer during the quarantine through Facebook to get a couple of quotes since I had broken the moped and I needed one as soon as possible, asking to be contacted for clarifications. The first response was a simple invitation to look at the site, which I had already done. At my request for some more info on a couple of used models they didn't show up anymore. I contacted another dealership who in a few hours called me and explained the costs and details for half an hour. Result: they lost a customer, since I had taken the previous scooter from them

Nonostante non avessi comprato il mio precedente scooter da loro, mi hanno assistito quando mi ha lasciato a piedi, si sono poi occupati della revisione nonchè del tagliando: un servizio a 360 gradi, con grande professionalità, serietà e onestà. Inutile dire che lo scooter nuovo l'ho acquistato da loro qualche mese fa: entusiasta. Anche in questa occasione hanno confermato l'ottima opinione e reputazione. Grazie di tutto.
