La commessa è stata super disponibile,oltre ad avermi consigliato piu opzioni e metodi (diversi o per prezzo o per l impegno nell esecuzione a seconda della manualità nel trucco) è stata anche molto disponibile nel spiegarmi altre domande che avebo per male up che ho in mente ma che non devo eseguire subito e chiedevi solo a titolo informativo. Il negozio davvero grande e fornitissimo,c erano davvero moltissime ciglia finte,imbretti di tutti i tipi e colori,rossetti,ecc ecc.Inoltre la proprietaria è stata molto gentile a espormi le info riguardi ai loro corsi. Il negozio ha anche la zona estetica,quindi raccoglie le prenotazioni per i trattamenti estetici. Consigliatissimi dunque per professionalità simpatia e disponibilità I had a great time! Arrivata puntuale al centro, il giorno concordato, mi è stato riferito che purtroppo non c'era spazio per me poiché mancava una delle ragazze. Possono accadere gli imprevisti ma, ricordandomi di aver lasciato il mio recapito telefonico, ho chiesto come mai non fossi stata avvisata. La risposta è stata un "l'abbiamo dimenticato, mi dispiace. Ora c'è un'altra cliente". Rispetto molto il lavoro altrui ma se è questa l'attenzione al cliente di cui lei parla lascia davvero a desiderare. Professionalism equal to zero. Days ago I booked an appointment at your facility. When I arrived at the center on time, on the agreed day, I was told that unfortunately there was no room for me as one of the girls was missing. Unforeseen events can happen but, remembering that I had left my telephone number, I asked why I had not been notified. The response was "we forgot, sorry. Now there is another customer". I have a lot of respect for the work of others but if this is the attention to the customer you are talking about, it really leaves something to be desired.
