Ad una mia precisa richiesta mi hanno fatto trovare in negozio ciò che desideravo, dopo avermi inviato le foto del prodotto richiesto. La responsabile del negozio, in particolare, è una persona squisita. Sono entrata per acquistare un prodotto e...sono uscita con due! The staff are very helpful and professional. Beh magari fate scorta prima in vacanza uno ci va in questo periodo ! Personale molto altezzoso, ti guardano come dessi fastidio. Non tornerò mai più trovato altrove per la riparazione della mia valigia ! Really NO COMMENT, they do not repair the suitcases in this period because the laboratory does not have the spare parts (locks) and the companies do not deliver anymore! Well maybe stock up on holiday first one goes there during this period! Very haughty staff, they look at you as if you were annoying. I will never find it anywhere else for my suitcase repair!
