Dopo il primo trattamento, ho notato un cambiamento diverso che quasi quasi non mi riconoscevo e così mi sono decisa a seguire il percorso completo METODO ACNE STOP e grazie all'estetista Letizia disponibile darmi informazioni giusti e mi ha consigliato i prodotti domiciliari molto efficaci. Da quando ho seguito le cure in studio, la pelle sta migliorando molto e per la prima volta dopo 8 anni problemi di acne non mi sarei mai aspettata di aver trovato la soluzione giusta anzi sembra un miracolo. Il mio cammino è stato lungo, ho iniziato con Sara il trattamento acne stop, ero tanto negativa e un po’ scettica, ma con la sua bravura e dolcezza mi ha spiegato passo per passo le evoluzioni del trattamento. Dopo qualche seduta Sara è andata a godersi la meritata maternità e ho conosciuto Letizia, con la quale ho terminato il primo ciclo, per poi passare ad un trattamento anti macchie e cicatrici. Leti è una donna speciale, mi ha sopportata e supportata tantissimo, è stata per me come una seconda mamma, ogni settimana avevo domande (a volte assurde) nuove, momenti di grande sconforto, tante paure, e lei mi è sempre stata vicina, mi ha capita e guidata, le sarò per sempre grata per come mi ha fatto sentire speciale ogni seduta. Ad oggi posso dire di aver ottenuto davvero dei risultati stupendi! Consiglio i loro trattamenti a chiunque voglia ritrovarsi, vi svolteranno davvero la vita, perché l’acne oltre che antiestetico e anche doloroso. Ma soprattutto consiglio queste donne e questo centro, professionali e dolcissime, dalla premurosa e sempre attenta Malak all’ingresso, sino alle ragazze di cui vi raccontavo prima in cabina. Nel mio caso che devo curare le ciglia sono venute incontro al mio problema. Quindi e' un ottimo servizio anche dal punto di vista della situazione in cui viviamo ora come contagio. Ho specificato a chi mi ha fissato l'appuntamento che stavo seguendo una cura per acne (ovaio policistico) con la mia dermatologa + ginecologa da circa un anno e che volevo semplicemente riprendere le mie pulizie viso che avevo sospeso per vie del covid. Mi è stato consigliato dalla Sig.ra Letizia, molto competente, una pulizia viso ogni 15 gg, consiglio che avrei seguito volentieri dato i risultati straordinari dei giorni successivi alla pulizia viso del 16/06... ma come immaginavo i trattamenti viso successivi erano vincolati dall' acquisto del pacchetto " trattamenti acne stop + creme viso". Oggi stesso ho chiamato per dire che non ero interessata al pacchetto acne-stop, che avrei preferito continuare ad utilizzare i prodotti "gia abbastanza costosi" prescritti dalla mia dermatologa MA che avevo davvero interesse nel proseguire con le pulizie viso singole. Hanno rifiutato! Che amarezza! Ora è chiaro; dopo il primo appuntamento accettano prenotazioni solo se acquisti il loro pacchetto "pulizie + prodotti viso". Sono scioccata! I specified to the person who set the appointment for me that I was following a cure for acne (polycystic ovary) with my dermatologist + gynecologist for about a year and that I simply wanted to resume my face cleansing that I had suspended due to the covid route. I was recommended by Mrs. Letizia, very competent, a facial cleansing every 15 days, advice that I would have gladly followed given the extraordinary results of the days following the facial cleansing of 16/06 ... but as I imagined the subsequent facial treatments were bound by the purchase of the "acne stop treatments + face creams" package. Today I called to say that I was not interested in the acne-stop package, that I would have preferred to continue using the "already quite expensive" products prescribed by my dermatologist BUT that I was really interested in continuing with single face cleans. They refused! What bitterness! Now it's clear; after the first appointment they accept reservations only if you buy their "cleaning + face products" package. I'm shocked!

Mia figlia si faceva fare una ceretta alle braccia, di punto in bianco le è stato detto che non la facevano più.. e vabbè, assurdo. Ha prenotato la scorsa settimana e le è stato detto che la pulizia del viso costava 60 euro; va a farla e al momento di pagare erano 69 euro, senza togliere che è uscita con la faccia disastrata, cosa che non era mai successa quando, sempre nello stesso luogo, la pulizia gliela faceva Mery. Mia figlia non tornerà più sicuramente. E poi un consiglio: siate un pochino più sorridenti e gentili con le clienti... Too bad, because until recently it wasn't bad, but now we're not really there!
