Fatto prenotazione telefonica con personale gentile e disponibile con tamponi eseguiti nel giro di un paio d'ore con poca coda. Esecuzione dei tamponi un po' " rude" soprattutto per la bimba di 6 anni..... Difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio ma in centro non poteva essere diversamente... Pharmacy found for the need to do 3 swabs on Sunday. Made telephone reservations with friendly and helpful staff with swabs performed within a couple of hours with little queue. Making the tampons a bit "rude" especially for the 6-year-old girl ..... Difficulty in finding parking but in the center it could not be otherwise ...

Ho frequentato spesso la farmacia per la necessità dei tamponi e ho sempre trovato accoglienza solidarietà e mai un atteggiamento giudicante o ostile.... devo ringraziare soprattutto Fabio per il suo lavoro ..e i medici per la loro delicatezza Helpful, patient and attentive staff, great courtesy. In this difficult period. I often went to the pharmacy because of the need for tampons and I have always found solidarity welcome and never a judgmental or hostile attitude .... L	Luca Nicosia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche ora fa mia figlia si è recata per fare un tampone rapido al fine di poter rientrare a scuola dopo 10 gg di quarantena fiduciaria essendovi stati nella sua classe due positivi (lei negativa). Il tampone in discorso è, per disposizione governativa, gratuito; ciò non di meno le è stato richiesto il pagamento (con modi poco cortesi) invitandola a recarsi altrove ove volesse far valere il suo diritto alla prestazione. Unica nota positiva l'assenza di coda....che si spiega forse anche con la mancanza di empatia con i clienti, specie in un momento cosi difficile. A few hours ago my daughter went to take a quick swab in order to be able to return to school after 10 days of trust quarantine, as there were two positives in her class (she was negative). The tampon in question is, by government regulation, free; nevertheless, she was asked to pay (in an unkind manner) inviting her to go elsewhere if she wanted to assert her right to the service. The only positive note is the absence of a queue .... which is perhaps also explained by the lack of empathy with customers, especially in such a difficult moment.

Non è stato affatto invasivo il test, ed avendo prenotato solo ieri sera affermo che anche l'organizzazione è eccellente. Sono felice di avervi trovato. Grazie ed a presto. Cordiali saluti. Dopo ore di attesa, si arriva alle 13.15 ad aver fatto 26 tamponi extra tra le urla anche dei prenotati in ritardo di 2 ore. Alle 14 raggiungiamo quota 27. Penso che la coda serva solo banalmente a far allontare chi arriva vedendo la situazione senza dover negare espressamente il tampone a nessuno. Distribuiti i numeri di arrivo, non si può obiettivamente (anche a fronte di problemi indipendenti dalla farmacia) dare una previsione a chi sta lì e lasciare che non stia in piedi al freddo delle ore? Non sarebbe più corretto dire subito quante ore ci vogliono per avere un tampone almeno in modo approssimativo? Ore 14.30 la farmacia DOPO aver fatto aspettare ore (5 al momento) dice che non garantisce nessun tampone perché ha dei problemi e quindi farà passare solo i prenotati, nonostante numeri distribuiti e ore di attesa. Chi vuol aspettare altre 5 ore aspetti, ma a suo rischio. Mi dispiace, ma questo non è un servizio e non dimostra una gestione seria anche di un disguido, i numeri li ha consegnati la farmacia in mano alle persone ed è la farmacia che indica di fare questo servizio anche a chi non è prenotato. È chiaro che chi è in coda, non avrebbe avuto voglia di essere lì, ma è lì per un imprevisto, con ragioni serie per volere un tampone due giorni prima di quello che succede usando il servizio pubblico gratuitamente. Mi sono recato presso la farmacia Anedda perché era l'unica che offriva il servizio tamponi la domenica. Sono arrivato e mi sono messo in fila alle 9.30 per attendere sino alle 15.30. Appena giunto alla porta per fare il tampone mi viene detto da un farmacista, urlando, che non mi avrebbe garantito l'accesso in quanto non prenotato. Dietro di me c'erano tantissime persone in fila da ore (nessuno era stato avvisato che stava facendo una fila infinita, probabilmente per non fare il tampone).Dopo 6 ore di attesa, nel momento in cui arriva il mio turno, non mi garantisci l'accesso? Ma stiamo scherzando? É irrispettoso e incredibile una situazione del genere. Per farla breve: alla fine per fare un tampone ho aspettato altre 2 ore e, dopo varie liti, mi hanno fatto entrare. L'infermiere/medico ha eseguito il tampone senza avere la benché minima delicatezza. Sconsiglio vivamente questa farmacia, scrivo questa recensione per non farvi vivere la mia stessa esperienza! Behind me there were many people in line for hours (no one had been warned that he was standing in an endless line, probably not to swab) .After 6 hours of waiting, when my turn comes, you can't guarantee me access? Are we joking? Such a situation is disrespectful and unbelievable. Long story short: in the end I waited another 2 hours to swab and, after several arguments, they let me in. The nurse / doctor performed the swab without having the slightest delicacy. I strongly advise against this pharmacy, I am writing this review so that you do not have the same experience as me! Run away like hell!
