Sono stata trattata con sufficienza dalle commesse che si sperticavano a "creare" campioncini ad hoc per le clienti (le altre, non io eh) perché avevano finito le scorte. Quindi giù di creme e cremine dentro i contenitori trasparenti. Ma arrivato il mio turno di pagare non avevano più voglia di fare moine (non avevo la borsa di Vuitton al braccio) e quindi no campioncini e tanti saluti. Torno volentieri dalle ragazze di Sephora della Crocetta, gentili e competenti. Fortunately it is not my reference Sephora. I was treated sufficiently by the orders who tried to "create" ad hoc samples for the customers (the others, not me eh) because they had run out of stocks. So down on creams and creams in the transparent containers. But when it was my turn to pay they no longer felt like coaxing (I didn't have the Vuitton bag on my arm) and therefore no samples and many greetings. I gladly go back to the girls of Sephora della Crocetta, kind and competent.
C	Caterina Hu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente Sephora da quasi 20 anni, tra tutti i negozi dislocati su Torino questo è il migliore, ci sono capitata stamattina per la prima volta e penso che diventerà il mio punto di riferimento, non nei prodotti che ovviamente sono uguali per tutti negozi ma per la professionalità delle commesse. Ti seguono ma non sono mai invadenti ne ti guardano dall'alto o con sufficienza, mi sono sentita coccolata e ascoltata, non ho sentito il disagio di essere spinta a comprare "per forza". Complimenti I have been a Sephora customer for almost 20 years, of all the shops located in Turin this is the best, I happened to be there this morning for the first time and I think it will become my point of reference, not in the products which obviously are the same for all the professionalism of the orders. They follow you but they are never intrusive or look at you from above or with disdain, I felt pampered and listened to, I did not feel the discomfort of being pushed to buy "by force". Compliments
