L	Live Wire TV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona camera, la sera si trova parcheggio anche sotto la struttura, comunque vicino alla fermata della metro Quintiliani oppure alla stazione Tiburtina. Quartiere non bellissimo. Good room, in the evening there is also parking under the structure, however near the Quintiliani metro stop or Tiburtina station. Not a beautiful neighborhood.

NEVER DONE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BUT I DON'T TOLERATE TO BE RECOGNIZED WITH MALEDUCATION BY THE CLEANING STAFF (who don't know the agreements made with the owners) X 20 MIN DELAY AT CHECK OUT (which you give no if po ago at 10:30) I would have tolerated that the 4-penny TV nn you see the whirlpool that is not used for more than 40 minutes and never after 24 o'clock or the smell of sewer .. in addition to the broken buttons and hair everywhere .. but the customer welcomes nn he drives away.

Le piccole attenzioni che il proprietario prodiga ai suoi clienti, le stanze spaziose e con vasca idromassaggio in camera, l'arredamento moderno e vivace; il wifi gratuito e la vicinanza alla stazione Tiburtina la rendono una location unica. Torneremo. It's not just a place to sleep: Kiss and Room stays in your heart because it makes you feel at home but at the same time treats you as a VIP. The little attention that the owner pays to his customers, the spacious rooms with Jacuzzi in the room, the modern and lively furniture; free wifi and proximity to the Tiburtina station make it a unique location. We'll be back.
S	Silvia A. Rouje on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi sarei mai potuta trovar meglio. Titolari disponibilissimi in qualsiasi momento, pulizia IMPECCABILE e gentilezza sconfinata. Sono stati molto carini a suggerirci anche il ristorante La Madrakata a due passi dal Kiss and Room, posto davvero ottimo per cenare e guastarsi dei veri piatti romani. Tornerò a breve sempre nella loro suite. L'ultima sera ci hanno fatto trovare del prosecco fresco, petali di rosa e lumini, ricreando un'atmosfera davvero romantica. Il mio punto fisso per i miei soggiorni a Roma. I could never have been better. Owners extremely available at any time, IMPECCABLE cleanliness and boundless kindness. They were very nice to also suggest the La Madrakata restaurant a stone's throw from the Kiss and Room, a really great place to dine and enjoy real Roman dishes. I will always return to their suite shortly. On the last evening they made us find fresh prosecco, rose petals and candles, recreating a truly romantic atmosphere. My fixed point for my stays in Rome.
M	Mena Colucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparenza bella ma l' apparenza inganna una delle suite ha il bagno fuori cosa fuori dal normale che per farsi una doccia o qualsiasi altra cosa hai l' ansia che ti possano vedere e sentire dopo che ci sono successe varie disgrazie tra cui macchina graffiata stanza allagata alcune cose non funzionanti vasca sporca che usciva della roba fuori non so neanche cosa sia e TV che non funzionava da una settimana di relax è stato un incubo poiché si è anche controllati e si entra nelle stanze Beautiful appearance but appearance deceives one of the suites has the bathroom out of the ordinary thing that to take a shower or anything else you have the anxiety that they can see and hear you after various misfortunes have happened including car scratched flooded room some things not working dirty tub coming out some stuff outside i don't even know what it is and tv not working from a relaxing week it was a nightmare as you are also checked and enter the rooms

Bravissima Carla nel tenere pulito ed ordinato....oltre che simpaticissimi!!!! Posto e personale davvero accoglienti! E che dire del servizio...caffè, bibite e cibo in camera e cucina ad accesso illimitato! Camere davvero belle, chic ma non esagerate...molto eleganti....vasca idromassaggio e sauna in camera è il top dopo una dura giornata di lavoro agli studios di cinema!!! Spero di tornare presto a godere della tranquillità, bellezza, accoglienza e simpatia del Kissandroom!!!! Un abbraccio! Elisa Accattoli! ASPETTI POSITIVI: • Il proprietario si è posto sin da subito cordiale e simpatico. • Wifi funzionante. • Ci sono state fornite due cialde per la macchinetta del caffè che si trovava nella cucina comune con le altre stanze. • Nel mini frigo presente nella nostra stanza, il proprietario ci ha lasciato due bottigliette d’acqua in omaggio. • Bella l’atmosfera della stanza, luci molto romantiche. • Comodità per la vicinanza alla stazione Tiburtina. • Quantità elevata di asciugamani, di grandi, piccole e medie dimensioni. • Nel bagno è presente il phon. ASPETTI NEGATIVI: • Non esiste una reception ma le stanze sono all’interno di un appartamento in un comune condominio. • Letto abbastanza comodo, pecca però i cuscini veramente troppo alti, la mattina seguente avevo mal di collo e ho dormito pochissimo. • Le stanze non sono insonorizzate in quanto sentivamo benissimo cosa dicevano le altre persone. • Le bocchette per l’idromassaggio non funzionavano tutte, ma soltanto quelle laterali. • Il proprietario ci ha “promesso” telefonicamente dei coupon per fare colazione al bar poi invece quando siamo arrivati non ce li ha dati. • Caldo atroce dovuto alla vasca idromassaggio, ho dovuto dormire in intimo. • Vasca idromassaggio utilizzabile fino alle ore 24 (non è specificato da nessuna parte, se non in un foglio appeso dentro la stanza). • Non è presente uno specchio lungo. We booked the "Suite" room. POSITIVES: • The owner was immediately friendly and nice. • Wifi working. • We were provided with two pods for the coffee maker which was in the common kitchen with the other rooms. • In the mini fridge in our room, the owner left us two free bottles of water. • Nice atmosphere of the room, very romantic lights. • Convenience due to its proximity to the Tiburtina station. • High quantity of towels, large, small and medium in size. • In the bathroom there is a hairdryer. DOWNSIDES: • There is no reception but the rooms are inside an apartment in a common condominium. • Quite comfortable bed, but the pillows are really too high, the next morning I had a sore neck and I slept very little. • The rooms are not soundproofed as we could hear what other people were saying very well. • Not all of the hydromassage jets worked, but only the side ones. • The owner "promised" us by telephone some coupons to have breakfast at the bar, but when we arrived he didn't give them to us. • Excruciating heat due to the hot tub, I had to sleep in underwear. • Whirlpool tub usable until midnight (it is not specified anywhere, except in a sheet hanging inside the room). • There is no long mirror.
