Chambre spacieuse, joliment décorée et confortable pour 2 adultes et un enfant. Literie de grandes qualite. Propreté de l'ensemble irréprochable et en bonus, la cuisine mise a disposition des hôtes. Très très bon séjour, merci ! Incredibly warm and efficient welcome from Fabio, apartment on the first floor (with elevator) of a small building in a good location with all shops and transport nearby. Spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable room for 2 adults and a child. High quality bedding. Impeccable cleanliness and as a bonus, the kitchen available to guests. Very very good stay, thank you!

My husband and I spent one night in a really comfortable room furnished with good taste and in a modern style. The owner Fabio, very kind, went out of his way to make us stay, in the best possible way, quickly solving an unexpected event!

Тихий красивый район Рима с кафешками, магазинами в шаговой доступности. 10 мин. пешком до метро, 15 мин. пешком до вокзала Тибуртина. Замечательный отзывчивый хозяин Фабио, хорошо говорящий на английском, спасибо ему за помощь и радушие! Были с женой здесь в августе 2019, обязательно приедем ещё, как только отменят все карантинные меры! Great place to stay in Rome. Clean comfortable rooms with a good repair and separate showers. Quiet beautiful area of Rome with cafes, shops within walking distance. 10 minutes. walk to the metro, 15 min. walk to Tiburtin station. Wonderful helpful host Fabio, good English speaker, thank him for his help and hospitality! We were here with my wife in August 2019, we will definitely come again as soon as all quarantine measures are canceled!

Si tratta di 4 stanze con bagno interno, tutte ricavate all'interno di un grande appartamento al primo piano. Tutto molto pulito, dalla biancheria alla stanza in perfetto ordine. C'è anche una cucina con la macchinetta del caffè. E poi è a pochi passi dalla Caserma Sante Laria. Che cosa si può chiedere di più? I was in this facility to visit a person. These are 4 rooms with en suite bathroom, all housed in a large apartment on the first floor. Everything very clean, from the linen to the room in perfect order. There is also a kitchen with a coffee maker. And then it's a few steps from the Sante Laria Barracks. What more can you ask for?

Ciò che più abbiamo apprezzato è il servizio. Il titolare è stato davvero gentilissimo e ci ha accolto con la massima disponibilità. Lo abbiamo contattato direttamente ieri sera per chiedere se fosse possibile avere una camera e in 5 minuti di orologio è arrivato in struttura per accoglierci...TOP! Super consigliato! Torneremo sicuramente! 5 stars you deserve! I stayed at this property last night with my boyfriend. The room is well appointed, spacious and spotless. What we liked the most is the service. The owner was very kind and welcomed us with the utmost availability. We contacted him directly last night to ask if it was possible to have a room and in 5 minutes on the clock he arrived at the structure to welcome us ... TOP! Super recommended! We will definitely be back!

Il gestore è molto cordiale e disponibile e oltre alla camera,ci ha dato una serie di informazioni utili dalla ristorazione al come muoversi in città. La camera era molto pulita e spaziosa con letti comodi e bagno privato. A disposizione vi è inoltre una cucina condivisa con gli occupanti delle altre camere,ma dove ognuno ha lo spazio riservato per porre le proprie cose. Le camere della struttura sono situate all interno di un appartamento in una palazzina tranquilla ed ognuno ha chiaramente le chiavi per entrare nel palazzo e nella propria camera privata. La zona è molto tranquilla e comoda per muoversi in città visto che è costantemente servita da pullman e la stazione della metro di piazza Bologna(linea B) è a circa 500 metri. Di fronte alla struttura vi sono inoltre un pub ed un piccolo bar sempre aperti e comodissimi. Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci torneremo volentieri,pertanto ve lo consiglio assolutamente!!!! We stayed from 10 to 12 February 2022. The manager is very friendly and helpful and in addition to the room, he gave us a range of useful information from catering to how to get around the city. The room was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a private bathroom. There is also a shared kitchen with the occupants of the other rooms, but where everyone has the space reserved to put their things. The rooms of the structure are located inside an apartment in a quiet building and everyone clearly has the keys to enter the building and their private room. The area is very quiet and convenient for getting around the city as it is constantly served by buses and the Piazza Bologna metro station (line B) is about 500 meters away. In front of the structure there are also a pub and a small bar that are always open and very comfortable. My family and I had a great time and will gladly return, so I absolutely recommend it !!!!
