I have been wonderfully. Nice staff and spotlessly clean facility a stone's throw from Tiburtina station! I hope to come back soon.

Chiave passpartout per tutte le camere. Non mi sembra giusto che il proprietario entri nelle camere degli ospiti! Sconsiglio vivamente questo b&b. Zona in cui situato molto caotica e riposato poco niente! Bad treatment. Without breakfast which the owner said was included in the price. Next time I will go to the hotel. Passpartout key for all rooms. It doesn't seem right for the owner to go into the guest rooms! I strongly advise against this b & b. Area where located very chaotic and rested little nothing!
D	Delio Vernacchia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato tre giorni per lavoro e le Pulizie erano completamente assenti, camera molto sporca, colazione inclusa nel pagamento assente e nella mia stanza c'era anche un sacco di rumore e baccano dovuto alla stazione dei treni che era proprio lì davanti. Il proprietario era molto polemico e controllava ogni mio movimento. Vengo a Roma da tanti anni soprattutto per lavoro per la prima volta posso dire che sono stati tre giorni da incubo. I was three days for work and Housekeeping was completely absent, very dirty room, no breakfast included in the payment and in my room there was also a lot of noise and din due to the train station which was right in front. The owner was very argumentative and monitored my every move. I have been coming to Rome for many years, especially for work, for the first time I can say that three days have been a nightmare.

Lampadina al soffitto che nn permette nemmeno di leggere. niente sapone ne per le mani ne per la doccia e solo un telo e niente asciugamani. Finestra esterna sporchissima. Seggetta del vater rotta e una branda singola chiusa praticamente da campo nomadi. Nessuna colazione da poter fare. Una notte per lavoro e mi è stata fatta pagare anche la tassa di soggiorno che per il mio lavoro istituzionale non è prevista. Lo sconsiglio vivamente. Small room and poor bed, a couple of chairs and a camping table and a clothes hanger bought by the Chinese. Bulb on the ceiling that does not even allow you to read. no soap for hands or shower and just a towel and no towels. Dirty outside window. Broken vater's chair and a single cot closed practically by a nomad camp. No breakfast to be had. One night for work and I was also made to pay the tourist tax which is not provided for my institutional work. I strongly advise against it.

I	Ilaria Bernardini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovo a Roma per un concorso pubblico. Ho scelto questo B&B data la posizione, unico vantaggio di questo posto orrendo. Il proprietario, tutto sommato cordiale, ci accompagna nella stanza che si presenta assolutamente sporca. In bagno c’era un solo asciugamano da utilizzare, lo scarico non funzionava. La colazione consiste in un angolo allestito con cialde e brioche imbustate che avrebbero dovuto ripristinare la notte per la mattina successiva per consentire agli ospiti di usufruirne: questa mattina non c’era alcuna capsula nè alcuna brioche. Pessima esperienza, non tornerò più! I am in Rome for a public competition. I chose this B&B because of the location, the only advantage of this horrendous place. The owner, all in all friendly, takes us to the room which looks absolutely dirty. In the bathroom there was only one towel to use, the drain didn't work. Breakfast consists of a corner set up with waffles and wrapped brioches that would have to be restored the night for the next morning to allow guests to use them: this morning there was no capsule or brioche. Bad experience, I will never go back!
