The stay in this beb was comfortable with regards to its very central location and close to everything, the reception also very friendly, but as far as cleaning and breakfast are concerned, it leaves me wanting for an upcoming holiday in Rome I don't think so I would choose again!

Purtroppo devo segnalare che il proprietario, quand'è stato informato della possibilità della cancellazione della mia seconda prenotazione prevista da lì a 7 giorni, mi ha richiamato pretendendo certezza della prenotazione, o il pagamento di una caparra (non prevista) o il rilascio di credenziali di carte di credito a garanzia. Telefonata sgradevole indice di inesperienza e poca serietà. Un cliente può avere un cambio di programma, e a fronte della gentilezza nell:informare della probabilità di quel cambio, non può ricevere una richiesta di quel genere. Colazione soddisfacente. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Il mio soggiorno qui è stato piacevole! Consigliato! Bed and breakfast in Tiburtina area, tranquil neighborhood best known for television studios. Few rooms but all cozy, clean and new. Satisfactory breakfast. Friendly and helpful owner. My stay here was pleasant! Recommended!

However, the room smelled like someone have been smoking inside it for the last decade or so. The floor was not cleaned (found hair and dust) and the toilet trash bin was not emptied. The towels smelled odd and unpleasant. The cabinet I couldn't use because of the bad smell it had. I did not have their breakfast because the same pastries was there since I arrived, basically old food.
