★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona esperienza. la posizione può risultare comoda anche se non esaltante come contorno e pulizia. già meglio la parte più interna, dedicata più che altro a studenti e locali e laboratori interculturali. Le camere sono nuove e molto ben studiate, con ogni comfort del caso. magari poco adatto a chi ha il sonno leggero in quanto su strada di notte abbastanza vivace e con fermata tram esattamente sotto, comunque ben insonorizzate. Pulizia non incredibile , ma comunque accettabile. Nota assolutamente di merito al proprietario che è gentilissimo e super disponibile e collaborativo. Ha dimostrato grande sensibilità e disponibilità. Morale: Consigliato se dovete operare in quelle zone di Roma.
 Good experience. the position can be comfortable even if not exalting as a side dish and cleanliness. already better the inner part, dedicated more than anything else to students and locals and intercultural laboratories. The rooms are new and very well designed, with every comfort in mind. maybe not very suitable for light sleepers as it is quite lively on the street at night with a tram stop exactly below, however well soundproofed. Cleaning not incredible, but still acceptable. Absolutely credit to the owner who is very kind and super helpful and cooperative. He showed great sensitivity and availability. Moral: Recommended if you need to operate in those areas of Rome.

Consiglio per chi debba fare concorsi AM presso la caserma di Via dei Frantani n.5, per la possibilità di arrivare a piedi in struttura, circa 12 minuti di camminata.
Prezzi accessibili se prenotato in tempo. (Io ho prenotato con circa un mese di anticipo da Booking, ho pagato 32€ dall'app, da sommare ai 7€ a notte si tassa di soggiorno che verrano prelevati in struttura)
Colazione inclusa presso un bar a poca distanza dall'alloggio, consiste in un cornetto ed un cappuccino.
Extremely clean room and friendly staff.
Advice for those who have to do AM competitions at the barracks in Via dei Frantani n.5, for the possibility of getting to the structure on foot, about 12 minutes of walking.
Affordable prices if booked on time. (I booked about a month in advance from Booking, I paid € 32 from the app, to be added to the € 7 per night tourist tax that will be collected at the hotel)
Breakfast included at a bar not far from the accommodation, consists of a croissant and a cappuccino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pripazite na check in jer vam ugostitelji nece izaci u susret ako vam avion zakasni sat vremena, otkazat ce vam rezervaciju, reci ce vam da dodete ujutro i chargati vas za dodatnih 100€. Hvala gospodinu sto nam je sacuvao kufere na par sati, ostalo sramota.
Be careful to check in because the caterers will not meet your needs if the plane is an hour late, they will cancel your reservation, they will tell you to come in the morning and charge you for an additional € 100. Thank you, sir, for keeping our suitcases for a few hours, it's a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service was one of the worst one I have ever had. My friend and I booked a room from 3th until 7th of January, but our flight was postponed and we couldn't come on time for check-in. We called the hotel and explained our situation, and they told us that we need a book another accomodations for the 3th of January but that we can come to our room on 4th. We came on 4th for check-in and then we found out that they cancelled our reservation and that we need pay 90€ more for the same room (and they pretend that they explained to us that over the phone on the 3th, and that wasn't the case. The language barrier was so obvious all the time because the guy who works there doesn't speak good English).
The room was clean (that was the only good part) but it was very cold over the night and they gave us just one blanket. It has very bad sound isolation, and also when the train and tram is crossing bye, you can feel a strong vibration. Toilet was fine, but without shower curtain or door. Also, they gave us WIFI password, but we haven't had internet for two days, and we texted them about it, but they just ignored our messages. The location is too far from the center, and in the bad neighborhood.
