Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile! I booked an apartment for my relatives. Although the palace left something to be desired, the rooms and bathroom were spotless and new. Very nice and helpful owner!

M	MANOLO & MUSICA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ B&B molto pulito e ben tenuto ottimi prezzi anche sotto le festività ci sono stato una settimana e posso dire che siamo stati coccolati dalla colazione per il pranzo nel bar di Fabio(il propritario)sino alla cena nel ristorante anch'esso del propritario. insomma un B&B all inclusive. cosigliato anche perche a poche fermate dal centro e a pochi passi dalla fermata del tram e della stazione prenestina Very clean and well kept B&B, great prices even under the holidays I was there for a week and I can say that we were pampered from breakfast for lunch in Fabio's bar (the owner) to dinner in the restaurant also owned by the owner. in short, an all inclusive B&B. also recommended because a few stops from the center and a few steps from the tram stop and the prenestina station
М	Максим Попов on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Хозяин откровенный лжец, бесплатного вай фай нет, только за деньги, причём платить придётся вам же, 3 суток обещал оплатить и ноль! При этом нам нужна была онлайн регистрация на рейс, выручил макдак. На кухне только холодильник и плита, ни ножа, ни разделочной доски. Обещанная терраса в комнате оказалась на общей кухне, заваленная хламом и стройматериалами. В номере ничего кроме кондиционера, а список был ого-го. Завтрак в кафе через дорогу, в него входит 1 кофе и 1 выпечка, все, что сверху - за деньги. Сам отель найти нереально, здание с табличкой, а в нем хрен найдёшь. Не соверую, даже по хорошей цене!!! Поверьте, у меня этот отель и хозяин, испортили все впечатление от Рима и от 2х недельного отпуска The owner is a frank liar, there is no free Wi-Fi, only for money, and you will have to pay, I promised to pay 3 days for zero! Breakfast in the cafe across the road, it includes 1 coffee and 1 bakery, everything on top is for the money. The hotel itself is unrealistic to find, a building with a sign, and you will find horseradish in it. I do not believe, even at a good price !!! Believe me, I have this hotel and the owner, spoiled the whole impression of Rome and of a 2-week vacation

Nei pressi della struttura ci sono supermercati, servizi di ristorazione, bar. Anche questo è un comfort. Pulito, molto illuminato. Stanze spaziose, bagno in camera. Provvedono un kit di benvenuto con saponi monodose e la colazione (al bar) è inclusa. Ottimo. Ma ciò che abbiamo gradito è stata la pronta disponibilità dei proprietari. Sia nel riceverci che soprattutto nel risolvere un “problema” sorto, e non per colpa loro. Abbiamo apprezzato la velocità con cui sono intervenuti. La pubblicità è l’anima del commercio, da ex gestore di bb lo posso dire, ma anche capire l’essenza del proprio lavoro incide, positivamente in questo caso. Nonostante non fosse dipeso da loro, si sono fatti carico dell’accaduto e ci hanno coccolato facendocelo dimenticare. Sicuramente per questo e per gli altri motivi sopra elencati, lo consigliamo e sicuramente dovessimo pernottare a Roma , vi ritorneremo. Problems with hot water, pillowcases not dirty but stained, breakfast only a waffle maybe it's at the beginning and it needs time. € 45 per night x single. Bright and airy being on the 6th floor.

La colazione si può fare dalle 6 del mattino fino tarda mattinata in quanto viene data la possibilità di farla al bar sottostante all'appartamento. Siamo stati veramente molto bene. Very nice b & b, all new. The owner was always present and available for any eventuality. Breakfast can be served from 6 in the morning until late in the morning as it is possible to have it at the bar below the apartment. We really enjoyed it very much.

L'un est fermé et le jour on reste dans l'ombre, l'autre est ouvert et la nuit la lumière extérieure gêne. Equipements plus que réduits. il faut demander un sèche cheveux ( 2 jours)Aucun accueil réel, aucune attention à l'hôte reçu, aucun plan de la ville. Des travaux d'installation non terminés. Une clim vient d'être installée et il faut partager la prise de courant avec la lampe de chevet... La douche fermée d'un rideau plastique sur 2 côtés coule et inonde la salle de bains. Aucun matériel pour éponger et nettoyer. Propreté rudimentaire . L'aération de la salle des bain pas nettoyée. Le Covid est une bonne occasion de ne plus fournir de petit déjeuner. Seulement une capsule de café.Et pourtant 60 euros par jour. Le lit est bon! je ne recommanderai pas l'établissement Majo Very disappointed with the stay. Roller shutters do not work.
