Abbiamo bevuto un vino rosé che ci era stato consigliato e devo dire, era ottimo! Di contro, l'amaro che ci è sempre stato consigliato da loro ed a loro dire, essere molto meglio dell'"amaro del capo", invece era torbido, sapeva vagamente di liquirizia e non era nulla di eccezionale. In ogni caso, esperienza consigliata. Ovviamente i prezzi sono romani e non calabresi! A piece of Calabria in Rome, recognizable flavors and discreet cuisine. The choice is varied. Salumi e formaggi eccezionali, stroncatura doc, olio di prima qualità e dolci tipici (le nacatole al bergamotto da provare!). Ora so a chi rivolgermi quando desidero gustare i veri sapori della mia terra. Dieci e lode As a Calabrian doc, I organized a dinner with friends and bought everything I needed online from Forte's shop ... a success! Exceptional cold cuts and cheeses, doc stroncatura, top quality oil and typical sweets (the nacatole with bergamot to try!). Now I know who to turn to when I want to taste the true flavors of my land. Full marks
