Esperienza purtroppo negativa, mi sono recato al mattino per un preventivo da comunicare ad un mio cliente . Bene, il pomeriggio ritorno per la spedizione e.. il prezzo era raddoppiato! Ripreso il pacco e portato via, spedite online almeno non fanno scherzi

ATTENZIONE! DiSONESTO E INCOMPETENTE! Il titolare scrive sulla porta di fare orario continuato, ma nei giorni 26/27 Agosto , il negozio era chiuso dalle 13.00 alle 14,30 e nessuno rispondeva neanche al telefono.Ho effettuato una spedizione da loro tramite corriere in data 25/08.Il corriere non trova il destinatario. Contratto la società a cui Kipoint ha affidato la spedizione per concordare un 2* tentativo, ma mi viene detto che i non posso farlo e che SOLO Kypoint può farlo.Il titolare mi assicura che lo farà, ma non telefona.E passano i giorni.Lui scarica la responsabilità sulla azienda incaricata,anche se io ho pagato lui….e mi dice di contattare nuovamente L”azienda di spedizione,la quale mi dice che Lui ha indicato me come mittente, per scaricare ogni responsabilità……e che lui deve contattarli IMMEDIATAMENTE ….per fissare una nuova consegna….Lui mi promette di farlo,ma nuovamente non lo fa.HO pagato per una servizio di consegna in 36 H….è arrivato dopo 7 giorni! È stato il destinatario a dover concordare una nuova consegna,altrimenti sarebbe andato in giacenza.
ATTENTION! DESONEST AND INCOMPETENT! The owner writes on the door to do non-stop hours, but on 26/27 August, the shop was closed from 13.00 to 14.30 and no one even answered the phone. He discharges the responsibility on the company in charge, even if I have paid him ... and he tells me to contact the forwarding company again, which tells me that He has indicated me as the sender, to discharge all responsibility ... ... and that he must contact them IMMEDIATELY .... to arrange a new delivery .... He promises me to do it, but again he doesn't. I paid for a delivery service in 36H .... it arrived after 7 days! It was the recipient who had to agree on a new delivery, otherwise it would have gone into storage.

Personale professionale, gentile e sorridente, tutte qualità rare di questi tempi. Mi hanno aiutata a risolvere un problema relativo ad una consegna a mio favore causato dalla mala organizzazione nel magazzino centrale SDA di Firenze, a Campi Bisenzio. Il Kipoint di Piazza Beccaria mi ha risolto il problema nel giro di pochi giorni e io ho ricevuto i pacchi.
Professional, kind and smiling staff, all rare qualities these days. They helped me to solve a problem related to a delivery in my favor caused by the bad organization in the central SDA warehouse in Florence, in Campi Bisenzio. The Kipoint in Piazza Beccaria solved the problem for me within a few days and I received the packages.

Rude and clueless when it comes to give any kind of information. Why can't italy have baggage lockers at main train stations like any other civilized country?

Absolute horrendous experience from The ruddest, most unhelpful and unproffesional service we had. The person seem to hate his job. Do not use this one. You will regret using this service. Instead, use this one Deposito bagagli Firenze Via de' Boni, 5R, 50123 Firenze. About 9 mins. Walk from the station. We walked up here to use their weighing scale and the gentleman there was so friendly and helpful. I was going to pay for it but he didn’t charge us.
