Incontrare il dottore è stata una grande fortuna. La diagnosi di parodontite è stata immediata così come immediato l' inizio delle cure. È stato un percorso lungo, a volte pesante.. ricostruzione delle gengive, innesti ossei, etc ma grazie ad interventi mirati e controlli costanti ho conservato in buono stato quasi tutti i miei denti. Solo 2 impianti..è stato un vero miracolo! Ringrazio il dottor Cairo, sempre disponibile, gentile e soprattutto sempre reperibile telefonicamente per ogni esigenza e la sua équipe perché è merito loro se ho affrontato ogni intervento con serenità e fiducia, certa di essere in ottime mani. Mi pare chiaro, inoltre, che mi sono rivolta al mio dentista di fiducia solo dopo essere rimasta insoddisfatta dalla sua diagnosi, non prima. Le ricordo inoltre che lei mi ha fatto fare un’ortopanoramica del tutto inutile, dato che il mio problema era focalizzato sulla zona linguale. Cento euro buttati, e non si sa per cosa. Se fosse stato più onesto avrebbe ammesso che non disponeva dei macchinari adatti, e mi avrebbe consigliato di fare una tac, ciò che infatti ho dovuto fare. Per quanto riguarda la fattura, lasciamo perdere. Se la segretaria ha difficoltà nel digitare due dati non è colpa mia. Per di più, si togliesse il brutto vizio di sbuffare quando il paziente le fa notare gli errori richiedendo la fattura esatta. Spero di aver chiarito quelle che lei ha definito “inesattezze”. Persona estremamente cordiale e competente, che sa inoltre mettere a proprio agio il paziente (cosa non di secondaria importanza). Mi sono rivolto a lui anche per curare una forma di parodontite acuta contratta da mia madre; la situazione era particolarmente compromessa, ma, grazie ai trattamenti e alle cure del professore, è riuscita a preservare i propri denti. Mi sono trovato molto bene anche con i suoi collaboratori, cioè la dottoressa Lenzi per quanto concerne la pulizia dei denti (che esegue con grande attenzione) e il dottor Migliorini per l'endodonzia (mio padre si è fatto devitalizzare e ricostruire un paio di denti, con ottimi risultati). Infine, non meno importante, l'accoglienza che viene riservata al paziente all'entrata dello studio è impeccabile. Rita con la sua simpatia ed il suo sorriso trova sempre il modo di farti sentire a tuo agio. E' sempre molto disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze del paziente quando si tratta di schedulare gli appuntamenti ed è sempre pronta a trovare il modo di far fronte ad eventuali urgenze.
