Amazing service from the dentists and all the staff. I actually contacted them via email after looking at their website. So surprised to hear from them the next day, contacting me about my inquiry. All service was mentioned clearly and they let me took my time to decide which kind of dental care that I would like to do. Finally found my perfect dentist in Florence!

It is almost one year I switched to this medical center for taking care of my teeth. During this year I had the opportunity to meet several medics and paramedic personnel working there. I felt comfortable with everyone of the team. The care, and the professionality of this equipe is uncommon.

I had a highly inflamed tooth while on vacation in Florence, which was preventing me from eating (a tragedy in Florence!). I was worried I might have an abscess, because things were just getting worse with time. I had read reviews and decided to come to Dental Factor. They were very understanding and helpful with my lack of Italian and were able to work me in for an emergency appt within mins. They offered recommendations and solutions for me, in my situation. Even translating the invoice, so I can try to get reimbursement from my insurance company in the US. Though, my total cost for exam and x-rays was only slightly more than my copays back home anyway. And, with the state of the art technology, to I feel like I recieved better care here than home! Thank you to the staff here!

Going to Factor Dental feels like a spa day or a massage appointment, it’s being pampered more than going to the doctor. Like most people, I was afraid of the dentist. So when I had to find one in Florence, I was quite terrified. When I arrived I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was, I felt at a hotel lobby. I remember my first day, while I was in the waiting lounge, the doctor stepped out for a moment, and offered me a coffee (which he made himself for me). And that was just the first impression. We then sat to discuss the solution for my chipped tooth, and I was even more impressed. I had never had such a thorough evaluation. He even discovered a slight deterioration in my jaw bone, which also had to be attended. After arriving at the proper solutions, we began the process. Little did I know, it would take months. And why? because PERFECTION is what Dr. Paolo Orlando upholds above all, resulting in the best work precision, advanced technology equipment, attention to detail, availability, service, and kindliness that I have experienced in my life. Plus, I have my teenager smile back! I will always be grateful to Paolo and his team - Giulia, Stefania, Teo, Laura, and Mary- thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Ricordo il mio primo giorno, mentre ero in sala d'attesa, il dottore è uscito un attimo e mi ha offerto un caffè (che ha fatto lui stesso per me). E quella è stata solo la prima impressione. Poi ci siamo seduti per discutere la soluzione per il mio dente scheggiato e sono rimasto ancora più impressionata. Non avevo mai avuto una valutazione così approfondita. Lui ha scoperto anche un leggero deterioramento nella mia mascella, che doveva essere assistito. Dopo essere arrivati ​​alle soluzioni adeguate, abbiamo iniziato il processo.
