Addirittura mi ha detto pure che essendomi affidato ad un avvocato non avrei dovuto nemmeno chiamare. “Vada a lavorare” questo è quello che mi ha detto ... ma stiamo scherzando o no!? Uno chiama per avere delle risposte e viene trattato così. Compimenti ! COME PERDERE CLIENTI. MAI PIÙ! I called to inquire about an accident I had. Answered a gentleman, wise, peasant and rude. Nella relazione ho scritto che lo avevo trovati così una mattina , non avendo sentito rumori durante la marcia. Era chiaro dal tipo di rottura che provenisse da un detrito del manto stradale ma nonostante questo mi hanno risposto che non poteva essere verificata l’accidentalità del sinistro. Questo dopo che la signorina di Viale Amendola mi aveva detto di procedere alla riparazione e che il rimborso sarebbe stata fatto a seguito della fattura…secondo loro Avrei dovuto mentire dicendo che avevo sentito il rumore di un sasso. Inizialmente mi sono venuti incontro dicendomi di far redigere una relazione dal carrozziere, e così ho fatto. Dopo di che sono completamente spariti. Ogni tentativo di essere ricontattata è stato un buco nell’acqua. Bad! I triggered a claim for accidental crystal breakage.
